Contractor Scam Warning: Unpaid invoices and fraudulent practices

Be extremely cautious before dealing with APX Global (apx-global.com). I was hired by them on Upwork for IT services, but they immediately forced communication onto WhatsApp.
Once off-platform, they shifted the job into pressuring me to sell "in stock" iPhones using my personal phone number to hide their identity. After a week of work, their Upwork payment method bounced and their client account was suspended. They completely refused to pay £400 in invoices and rejected a formal Letter Before Action.
They use fake client accounts to bypass platform protections and exploit freelancers. Avoid this domain.
