Loan disbursement very rapid, automated.

Zero human communication for two weeks regarding additional fiat payments, until after I posted on twitter. Then replied within 1 hour to me, claimed their replies to me must have gone to my junk, but some how all of their automated emails got through.

Stay away from this company, these clowns expect you only to deposit bitcoin and give you no way to deposit fiat for you loan unless through their 'support' which never replies.

My loan got margin called because I wouldn't deposit more bitcoin, and they refused to acknowledge emails I sent since two weeks prior to the MC about how to pay down fiat or give me information on wire transfers to them.

Lost 1 bitcoin with these clowns.

Easy, responsive to emails and no issues with my bank

APX Lending has been a treat to deal with. I wasn't able to find any other lenders that could compete on flexibility of loan term, rates and LTV. Funds landed in account within a couple of hours. Support is also top notch and extremely responsive.

Really easy process , done in ~24h. Team answer mail in 30min or less. Crazy good communication all around the way i am very pleased to say the least. After exploring several platforms, I ultimately selected APX due to its association with Netcoins. As a frequent and satisfied Netcoins user, their endorsement instilled confidence in APX's reliability.

One area for improvement would be to explicitly state the expected transfer time on the website and advise users to be patient. Initially, I grew concerned by the seemingly prolonged transfer, especially given the significant amount of Bitcoin involved, which left me feeling uncertain. While I recognize that transactions aren't instantaneous, receiving the deployment confirmation text before the funds appeared heightened my worry.

On a positive note, the communication I received was excellent and prompt, a feature I greatly appreciated.

I repayed early and had very little interest. I did incur some fees in crypto transactions, but that is not something they can control.
