Mohammed sheryar did our booking it was all up in the air when we booked we booked partial haram.view with pullman zamzam the view wasn't good so we want back to the reception manger was good and upgraded us to kaaba view at no extra cost it wasn't mohammed fault as he booked what we told him but it was the hotel that provided the room the ground transportation was good all on time and good private taxi no problem at all .
Train journey was good no issues there .
Movenpick hotel was recommended by friend but again mohammed booked what we asked him to book and the hotel wasn't good breakfast was good but bad smell and odour in the room and a long walk to haram in medinah .
