Aquabliss had everything I needed at…

Aquabliss had everything I needed at prices that can’t be beat.
The customer service team are really helpful and ensured i ordered everything I needed
Delivery was reasonably priced at £19.95 and delivered on a day that suited me
Plumber is fitting the bathroom now and has also commented on how high quality products are.
Would deffo use this company again and my plumber will now use them going forward

Less than zero for customer service, honesty, integrity and politness

Update May 2025:
Aquabliss have tried 3 times to get Trust Pilot to remove my review - the first by objecting to some of my wording, the 2nd by asking me to provide details such as my name and the product/dates of order and the third having had proof of who i was stating that my review was not based on a genuine experience and making me provide copies of the order to trust Pilot when clearly they would already know my review was genuine. If only they had spent the same effort in providing a service perhaps they would be a better company.

If it were possible i would have to rate my most recent experience less than 1 star and even negative stars!
Whilst there are one or two individuals at Aquabliss who seem to care there is one individual within their telephone customer service team who is very rude and it is impossible to get to speak to their customer service manager who apparently works from home and who only ever corresponds by email but only when it suits and not necessarily when they are at fault and should be apologising.
To be fair up until recently i had dealt with Aquabliss on 3 separate occasions on each of which what they sent me was what was on the label. In fact if i had rated them prior to the last experience having had no problems I probably would have rated them a 5 simply because i had been given what i thought I'd ordered and thats what people tend to do when they rate a company.
The last item they dispatched to me however was completely different to what was shown in the photos and which i did not therefore want. When i pointed this out to them it was only after talking to several people they eventually reluctantly agreed to refund the item provided I shipped it back to them. After further lengthy debate they also reluctantly agreed to pay for the shipping costs but insisted i organise this and put a cap on the amount that they would refund.
When i gave them the quotes for the costs they said they were too high so i suggested that they provide me with names of organisations that they used. These cost too proved higher than the cap they suggested - clearly as they got preferential rates as regular/bulk customers so i suggested they arrange carriage but they refused.
I arranged the carriage but unfortunately the carrier broke the goods and so i had to claim on their insurance which unfortunately covered only the value of goods, not the cost of the original delivery costs (£19.95) nor the return carriage costs (£107.67) leaving me substantially out of pocket.
When i explained this to Aquabliss they were really quite rude and dismissive over the phone.
When i explained this to the courier company they were really good and volunteered as a gesture of good will as a first time customer to refund the £107.67 out of their own pockets as they felt that it was wrong that having been at fault breaking the goods that they should profit from the deal whilst i lost out. Now that's what I call really good customer service.
I spoke to Aquabliss pointing this all out and reminding them that if they had properly and accurately described the goods in the first place i would not be out of pocket and they would not have made the profit from the sale to me, nor would i have spent the considerable amount of time dealing with them, or the stress in trying to resolve the issue. They didn't accept that as the prime person at fault perhaps it wasn't morally right that they were the only party not out of pocket or indeed that it may be wrong that they had still in fact made a profit out of the situation. I have written to them several times in an attempt to get a written response from them however they have failed to respond to my correspondence.
SHAME ON YOU AQUABLISS, SHAME ON THE RUDE INDIVIDUAL ON THE TELEPHONE and SHAME ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER.
Through the process I came across the many other poor reviews on Trust Pilot and several other webpages which sadly i hadn't done before purchasing and probably may even have ignored given my prior experience. It really goes to show that you only really find out how good an organisation is when you see how they deal with things when they go wrong - especially when its their fault. If you read the reviews about them indeed they are very polar - those people who have not had any issue have rated them 5 whilst those like me who have had an issue had found that they really are extremely poor at dealing with issues. In fact if it weren't for the fact that Trust pilot only allows a poorest rating of 1 and not zero their average score would probably be more like 2.5 and not 3.5 which basically goes to show that if you deal with them you have a 50% chance of being very dissatisfied. NOTE I am not dissing Trust Pilot merely pointing out that the maths is effectively skewed!

Purchased a new shower cubicle

Purchased a new shower cubicle
The process was easy from start to finish. The delivery company were very helpful and placed it in my garage
When the plumber came to install the shower unit there one small item missing contacted the company and without hesitation the item was posted to us the same day. GREAT SERVICE
Would definitely recommend this company

Got let down by previous bathroom…

Got let down by previous bathroom company and needed a shower tray asap for my builder
Rang Aquabliss Tuesday afternoon and placed order over the phone , arrived next morning .

do not use this company

Ordered a prebuilt sink unit and a flatpack was delivered, 2 pieces damaged and 2 pieces missing, contacted the company who said they didn't have any prebuilt ones and I had to arrange the return and they would reimburse "reasonable" costs. Numerous phone calls and emails to them to say they needed to collect it as they had not delivered what I ordered and paid for. Like a previous customer I am now going through my credit card company for a refund and have ordered another sink unit and sink from elsewhere. Do not use this compay

Order a vision walk in shower 10mm…

Order a vision walk in shower 10mm glass the enclosure was exceptional value for money and now fitted looks amazing in my bathroom , just wish I found this company early for the rest of my bathroom goods
Delivery was brilliant ordered a 2-4 working today service , got a call in second working day from courier company to arrange delivery with myself for the following day

Do NOT buy from this company!!

Terrible customer service after they delivered a shower screen with not one but two bent trims. My customer has been left without a bathroom for over a week while I have tried to sort this out. I’m now having to resort to claiming the money back through my credit card as they just won’t help! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Very helpful

Aquabliss were very helpful & re arrangedmy delivery to accommodate me.
Very happy with Basin I ordered which I received at time specified & was exactly what I wanted.
This was the 2nd item that ordered from Aquabliss
Would recommend this company.

Aquabliss Bathrooms - Avoid!!!

I bought two toilet brushes from Aquabliss in mid-August 2022. They were for guest bathrooms but on first usage, in late September 2022, one of the brush heads snapped off the handle - doing the job that the brushes were (ostensibly) designed and manufactured for. Aquabliss were awful! Customer Services barely exists and is certainly NOT there to help. The Aquabliss operative was rude by email and when I had heard nothing for several weeks, I rang up to chase this up, whoever answered the phone was equally rude. They 'washed their hands' of any responsibility, basically blaming the manufacturer - who, they said, would not provide a replacement. If I could be bothered, or the sale was of higher value, I would have reported Aquabliss Bathrooms to Trading Standards - this is absolutely no way to build any sort of (loyal) customer base. I wish I had read their feedback before ordering - when 50% of your customers leave a 1 star review, it is reasonable to deduce that they have no care or concern for their customers. I would strongly urge anyone planning to buy from Aquabliss to think again.

Thumbs up

Website easy to use and negotiate. Helpful people who actually answer the phone and speak to you makes a huge difference in my opinion. My query answered, I placed order and bath was delivered with no issues on my chosen date, carefully packaged.
As so well packed, it was left unchecked on delivery and I haven’t unpacked yet, as waiting for Plumber to start.
However, I don’t envisage any problems and wouldn’t hesitate in giving five stars.

I paid for express delivery on a shower door that should have been here Friday. I called Friday to chase it and was told someone would get back to me (no one did). I was told that the screen would not be delivered until the couriers had booked in a date (which they still have not done) so now i have an angry customer who is asking when they will have their shower screen and i am still totally in the dark. Please sort this out

UPDATE - Following this review the company got in touch to say the item was damaged in transit and a replacement will be sent. To be honest its really annoying and i'm not quite sure i believe this. However its very tough for business at the moment and these guys are obviously trying their best.

THE worst company I have EVER dealt…

THE worst company I have EVER dealt with. The customer service is appalling, the staff are rude, talk over you, don't want to help, they just want your money!! I've saved a long time for a nice bathroom suite but my sink had a chip in it which they refused to do anything about. My husband and I didn't work so incredibly hard for a damaged product and no way of replacing it.
From what I've read online and on Facebook this company is run by crooks - wouldn't surprise me if the 'excellent' reviews given on here are from the company owners!!
