I got this from the water park in Galveston, TX. They let know me in advance that they have had a lot of defective cases from them and I should keep the packaging just in case something was to happen. I got this case on the 19th of July, within an hour of being at the park, the case was full of water and my phone was broken. I called today after finally getting into my iCloud, where the picture of the packaging was, to let the "owner" know what was going on and instead of trying to help, he caught an attitude and told me to send the case back to him so they can test it and hung up in my face. He tried to argue with me and belittle me and also tried pointing fingers at me saying he never got a complaint before. I don't know how this man is still the face of his company if he can't even take getting complaints about his product and trying to find ways to improve them! Very rude and unprofessional.

The owner is sexist, rude, and unprofessional. Is not worth buying a subpar product from. How he is still in business is beyond me. I could not recommend this poor excuse of a product any less if I tried. 0/5!!!

Terrible product. This stupid thing messed up my phone and when contacting “customer service” it was really just the owner (Steve sodell) and he was extremely rude. He claimed I was trying to argue (when I clearly wasn’t) and immediately attacked me and said “we can sit here until we are both blue in the face” like oh?? Okay lol? You’re weird?
So thanks Steve! You and your product suck 🫶🏼

This case messed my daughters phone up and they are rude. Sent a video of the “test” the guy in the video is obviously holding the case closed at the top and the bottom right side of the paper came out wet. They DO NOT stand behind their product. If the product was not defective then I would like them to explain how the whole phone will not cut on due to water damage after purchasing their product. Then the person texting has the audacity to say “ I’m not here to argue with you” learn customer service and produce a quality product! If you purchase this product be prepared to purchase another phone. Even the money came out wet.

Bought this yesterday at the blackwater canoe company, for 13.99 plus tax, prior to an 11 mile canoe trip. It went into the water shortly thereafter when we turned over the canoe. Phone was in this "waterproof" pouch and in a water resistant backpack. Was in water maybe 15 seconds. Bag did NOT protect phone.

Do not buy from the seller !!!!!Ruined my phone and when I tried to contact the buyer he was extremely rude and even to the point of calling me out my name and being disrespectful claiming that I’m just trying to get a new phone when in fact I had already repaired my phone with my own money and have no need to scam at all his product is horrible please do not buy from him

Best waterproof case.
Very flexible- both the colored and clear materials.
Case floats very well.
Lock seals in place well, with ample overhang of colored material to lock tightly and securely.
I have tried other brands, but won't trust my phone and valuables to any other brand!
Video chat with voice works well, swipe and touch screen works easily too.
I have purchased 3 plus-sized cases, ample room for largest phone and valuables.

I haven't used my new Aqua Case yet, but the construction looks sturdy and waterproof. Looking forward to having a summer of fun with my new Aqua Case.

This was a spur of a moment purchase right before I did the snorkeling trip to Buck Island in St. Croix. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU for making a product that worked with my big phone and I could still use all my buttons. The surf was rough that day but I did not have any issues with my phone in or out of the water.

This case actually does what it says it’s going to do. Floats and it is waterproof what more can you ask for?!
