Able in customer service at aquacave goes above and beyond in customer service. he help me out with a refund of faulty equipment by taking full ownership of the issue.

In an infinite sea of dealers and products... AquaCave was able to provide me with great products for what I needed at a competitive price and speedy delivery. I spoke to them on the phone as well to cross some t's and dot some i's and the customer service was easy the way it should be.... A true blessing I am grateful for

Great experience! Quick delivery and products delivered as ordered. It’s been a long time since I had my ASM protein skimmer up and running and it was nice to see that I could just buy the parts I needed to get it up and going instead of having to invest in a whole new skimmer.

Please don't buy from this company! They ship you something totally different than what's advertised on their website. Then when you ask for a return, they charge you to return it! Now they won't return any emails after I explained to them that they sent me the wrong product. I sent pictures and showed them they sent me the wrong product and they just ignore my emails. Don't buy from this company! They have zero customer support.

Customer service doesn't get much worse. I have contacted them by email and phone four times now. I got one missed call, no message, and one email asking for a picture of the product defect 10 days after initial contact. I sent them the picture, no response. That was 7 days ago.
