EDIT : We are in discussion with Aquaconsult to find a solution
The installer was not wearing gloves and dirtied our freshly white painted wall. We had to clean and repaint it ourselves.
The plate underneath was missing, so the installer came a second time. The plate is bumpy and we can see the hole from the pipe from underneath. This is not a proper installation, it looks real amateur

We'd like to confirm that we've already visited and resolved the issues you mentioned (cleaning/touching up the wall, installing and leveling the panel, and neatly covering the pipe opening).
As agreed, we'll also be visiting on September 30, 2025—after a malfunction with the air conditioning—to check everything again and make any final adjustments if necessary.

Work completed to a very poor standard. When I complained they failed to respond for several weeks, and then eventually involved their lawyers rather than try to rectify the problem

We're sorry to hear this and understand your disappointment.
On-site, there were wall-mounted pipes that, as discussed, couldn't be removed. To prevent damage to these pipes, we had to work around them.

Comany charged over 3000 and now I have more water in the basement than when I started. They say that it is not their problem as the water is coming from elsewhere. No customer service at all. The work came with a "warranty" but that seems to have disappeared. Horrible experience.
