Scammers after 3 k investing they block my purchases without reason

I participated in the monthly competition at Aqua Funded and achieved 9th rank. Seven days have passed, but I have not received any email from their side. I contacted their support and asked about it, and they replied that the admin emails everyone.

I told them that I did not receive any email. Instead of resolving my concern, they responded by saying that I probably did not win. I explained that I have proof of my ranking — I am in 9th position — and I provided screenshots, my Gmail account details, and other relevant information. However, they still did not take any action.

I request everyone to stay away from this platform. In my opinion, they are scammers.

I had a problem with their tules i remained under the 15% consistency and breached it once. I had no problem with that i raised mt TP to 24 USD but when i logged in to check the numbers had changed and they use their own system as a source of truth. DON'T GO THERE

This company is a scam stay away from them ! I purchased an instant account with them and they dinied my first ever prop form payout saying that I traded during high impacted news which was a lie !!!!! I don’t usually trade news and they know that I did not as well, stay awayyyy from them!!

They are scammers, I traded on XAUUSD when the TP was touched and even exceeded it, but my position was not closed, but when the SL was touched the second time, I entered and the spread candle was far from the SL, suddenly boom, the spread widened very wide. They hunted me on purpose to make you fail. This is the worst prop from the start.

They keep on avoiding big payouts accusing traders of copy trading.. They just breach your account and reject your payout. Upon trying again and successfully requesting a payout, they reject payout and ban you from trading with them. This is a big scam guys becareful. If anyone has issues with them please seek help via the consumer authorities in dubai. People give it good rating because they have bots replying quickly, but when its time to pay out they will frustrate you. They just closed two of my 200k accounts with a total of 14k profit. Waste of time and money

they are scammers on god they have hiding rules i wish i can go back to 4 months ago and tell my self that but i can’t i wasted my time with them they sick and they scamming

I’m so fed up with this company they will deduct ur profits due to News trading what so ever the News is GBP,USD,CAD Germany AUD what so ever they will refuse to give u the profit, for an example
I had a Gold trade and it happens to some Germany news which is not even visible in Forexfactory!! And they decided that im news trading!! And the one time before it, it was in a Nas trade a US Index!! I got red flaged for cuz there was an Australian News!!

They banned my without any reason. Despite that their support staff is not even accepting that they banned me, I am not even able to buy their challenges not in any browser.
They banned me after only one payout of $2500.

I recently requested a legitimate $8,800 withdrawal after completing 100+ manual trades. AquaFunded has breached both accounts based on a "Risk Review" that is mathematically and logically impossible.

The Evidence of their Error:The Contradiction: AquaFunded's "Risk Team" has accused me of "Copy Trading" Trader A while simultaneously "Reverse Trading" (hedging) against Trader B. It is logically impossible to be part of a coordinated group while taking the opposite side of the market against that same group.The "Human Signature": On the flagged Gold (XAUUSD) trade, my entry was 11 seconds AFTER the other trader. Copy software works in milliseconds; 11 seconds is a human reaction time.The Exit Gap: I closed my trade 3 minutes after the other trader. In a volatile Gold market, 3 minutes is an eternity and resulted in completely different P&L results.P&L Variance: I made $819.82 profit, while the "matched" trader took a $1,087.65 loss. A $260+ difference proves these were not mirrored or hedged positions.AquaFunded is using "false positive" flags to avoid paying out profitable traders. I have filed a formal Notice of Dispute and will be escalating to the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).Avoid this firm if you plan on being profitable.

The worst ever! This prop firm is a joke. Never went reach even near their 3 percent daily loss yes it failed. Challegs you pass, no problem but funded account is a scam!

1 My trade auto closed today 1 time then I again opened new trades then it auto closed again and I have ac failure although my limit of 70 usd is not reached yet?
I have already got a profit of 209 in these 2 days consecutive and still if you calculate drawdown for today which is 70 usd it would be current balance 2709.97 - 2657.64 = 2640 and my balance is still less than 3% or 70 usd drawdown limits.

2 I have noticed my trades auto closed before in previous days too but I ignored. I know you are scammers and auto close profit making trades so that the candidates do not pass.

3 It has consistency rule of 15% too which is most irritating too

4 Min 5 days of trading on instant ac makes it worst.

5 When you make some little profit like 10, 20 or 30 etc and request for withdrawal their system says "min 100 usd" payouts". I made over 100 usd profit on 1st days requested for withdrawals their system says "min 5 trading days needed". When you complete this they says you will need to make 726 usd then you can only withdraw funds.

Do not ever try this co, you will pass the challenge and pay the fees and at the end they will find a way to disqualify you before any payments. Avoid it be safe and try some other trusted prop firms.

The best propfirm ever I can say, there support team give replies in minutes and do there best to solve your issue I got my first payout with them without any issues thankyou so much aquafunded and special thanks to ryan sir with his help I got free 10k instant account I don't have words for this firm they are just too great I would recommend them anyday just go with them you will be amazed with there support

I bought a $1,000 free Aqua trial account and consistently made 13% of my winnings. However, my payout was rejected because I bought more than one account. I'm tired of trading, only to be rejected???

Very disappointed in their way of treating things.
I had a 100k instant funded account. First payout of 5k was received in Dec 2025. I then traded exactly the same way and ended with a profit of 8k, requested the payout in January 2026. And then the scamming began. They sent me a fabricated list of IP overlaps during that trading cycle which is absolutely impossible. Then rejected my payout. After that they sent me a letter I had to sign stating that I will keep quiet about the deal they will make with me which is: they give me my deposit back and I keep quiet. Then I was banned for making good profits.
It is very clear that they don't have the funds to support a good profitable trader.
I have worked extremely hard with this account and no rules were violated, the same as during my first cycle and payout request.
I asked them to show me proof of these so-called IP overlaps with timestamps and dates. They refused. Its ridiculous. Just another way for this prop firm to not pay their customers.
I am devastated by this. And I still need clarification on these IP overlaps which I believe has been a fabricated list, absolutely unverifiable.
Do not buy a challenge from them. As you become profitable they will find a reason to not pay you and then they will block you.

I initially had a frustrating experience with AquaFunded.

After completing the required form and tasks for the free $10K account, I waited over 10 days without any clear update. Each time I contacted support, I kept receiving repeated promotional emails instead of proper responses, which made the process feel unclear and unorganized.

However, I have previously received payouts from them without issues,and they have a transparency rule and good trading condition and in this case, after further follow-up and escalation, the team eventually issued my funded account.

Overall, while they do deliver on payouts and eventually provided the account, the communication and support process definitely need improvement.

i am super super happy. i received today my first payout ever. Thats sooo amazing. Great support great rules for trading to use the account super fast processing. Absolutely recommend
I know a lot of traders have massive problems with prop firms but this firm is an absolutely highlight.

Great company passed three challenges and but failed the live account because I risked to much but on the second try I risked less so I did not get stopped out in the live phase again and customer service always is pretty good and they are very friendly
