I have 25k account with Aqua Futures. I received a funded account the same day after passing the challenge. Surprisingly, my second withdrawal was completed within a day, although my first took two working days.
There was a misunderstanding on the second withdrawal, but the support staff is really helpful and quick, making it the same day. I am happy with the support staff.
The Facts:
Technical Failure: While trading, the platform showed "NaN" (Not a Number) values and rejected my orders with the message "Bracket's price cannot be <= 0," preventing me from setting my Stop Loss.
Missing Profits: I had a $600 profit that was never credited due to the system glitch, while only a $290 loss was recorded.
Official Admission: On February 5th, Kyle (COO) officially announced on Discord that they were aware of platform issues and asked affected traders to open tickets.
Widespread Issue: Several other traders reported the exact same "Order Rejected" errors at the same time.
The Support Experience:
Even after providing all screenshots and evidence, a support lead named Larry denied the bug ever existed, claiming "there are no issues with the platform" and that the review was final. To make matters worse, the treatment was unprofessional and dismissive.
AquaFutures is ignoring their own COO's admission of a bug to avoid compensating a funded trader. I have all the screenshots of the errors and the official announcements. Stay away if you value your capital and your time.
I purchased 20 accounts they disabled my accounts saying news traded and then said purchase new account and then i opened ticket in there server they server muted me too

I signed up for Aqua Funded Futures using their promo code which made the account free. The process was smooth initially, but I’ve had a very concerning experience.
I received a “hard breach” email on my account despite not placing a single trade. There was no explanation provided, and from my side there was no rule violation as I never even used the account.
This raises questions about how accounts are monitored and whether promo accounts are being flagged or closed without proper transparency. If there are specific terms around free accounts, they should be clearly communicated upfront.

Embarrassing! If you reach the daily loss limit, you'll fail the account. A stupid rule not stated on the purchase page or in the FAQ that makes the maximum trailing stop useless.
Contacting support for clarification, I get an even more embarrassing response: they told me it's my fault because I did reach the limit.
Unethical behavior.
2026-06-13 Update.
I wrote two email messages (APR/18 and MAY/31) to compliance, as they requested, and got no reply yet.

Payout took a while cuz I broke some rules which I later passed properly.. but the most important thing is that they payout and are super cheap .. totally worth it if you can follow the rules .. please find out about all the rules . They paid me completely. Thanks guys . Y'all are invited for Easter.
With the chart display. Which turned out to be user issues. Me! Thanks to Larry, they were resolved. Dude is a star! His help was appreciated, Mr. Aqua Futures Boss People.
AquaFutures promised quick payments and delivered, professional team of people in admin, great platform and supportive Discord group, I can see myself with this firm for long time to come, will definitely get an extra account with them!!
I have had an issue with the platform not letting me close my trade. I have asked the customer support to look into it, but they refused and asked me for a video proof. I did not know this, and I was so stressed that I did not even think about it.They just don't care

I started trading AquaFutures on February 2026, since then all has been great, prices are really good, verification after passing my evaluation phase less than 24h (normally 2-3h), and my first payout received in less than 24 business hours so everything is great here.
Thank you very much AF
Excellent support from the team. Shoutout to Yazeed for resolving the issue.
Great customer service and nice work helped me resolve my account issues quick
Great customer support that responds and resolves your issues within minutes.
Thanks for all you do, looking forward to my 2nd payout.
Aqua Futures’ risk rules are extremely misleading and set traders up to fail. Calling a $1,250 threshold a “daily loss limit” implies a temporary stop for the day, but in reality it functions as an instant account failure trigger. That is not standard across the industry, and it’s not clearly communicated in a way most traders would reasonably expect.
The limit itself is also unreasonably tight for a $50K account—just a couple of normal losing trades can wipe you out, even if your overall performance is solid. When you combine that with a trailing drawdown, it creates a system where even disciplined traders are eliminated quickly.
This feels less like a fair evaluation of trading skill and more like a structure designed to maximize failure rates. The terminology used does not match the severity of the rules, and that lack of clarity is a serious issue. Traders deserve transparency, and this setup falls short.
