Took over 2 weeks to receive half my order with communications being abysmal. 2 weeks later still not received 2nd half of order so asked why and was told the other 2 fish species I had ordered were out of stock I checked and these are still being listed as for sale. They refunded me for the udelivered items but I paid £25 delivery and they will not refund half that charge despite the part order I did receive costing just £13 to post. At a cost of £25 postage you have to order a sufficient number/cost of items to warrant paying this amount so if only half an order is completed only half postage cost should be due. The 4 of 7 small fish I have received out of my order have therefore come at a very unreasonable price.

UPDATE: Aqua have now refunded half my postage cost as requested.

I really dont understand a bad review they really did do a great job. My curly t was really well packed and inc a heat pad. I had a really good experience and will use them again. Don't let a review stop you as I nearly didn't but I am really glad I did. Nicola was lovely and I wish I could remember the other man as he was also great and helpful

Having bought corals from their website found the service to be very helpful and knowledgable,quick email and phone response free overnight postage was a very nice surprise,corals were very well packed I will make a point to use again as selection is very good,regards graham.

After receiving 2 corals in a 2ft square box, I have no clue why they would send 2 inches of product in such a big box where 1 heat pad would not be able to give out the heat for that amount of space. of course, they were dead but I thought maybe I could give them a bit of time and they might survive. I sent them a email informing them of whats happened I got this reply " I have spoken with the marine team and they have asked if you can send some images over and continue to monitor it. If any thing changes please let us know and we will send a replacement.

I have replied twice they are dead and they have not replied back even though they said they would send a replacement. do not use this company

excellent service, on time, very friendly and helpfull for any questions.
