Obtained their services to repair a small shower leak. The engineer came over, broke the tap while isolating water flow. Granted. Accidents happen. He then spends almost 2 hours because the replacement he claims he had was not the right size so he had to file it down. They then make me pay for all the time he spent doing the damage he caused.

They will have to be the only plumbing service around for me to use them again.

Brilliant service. Was able to get an repair next day. The staff that I spoke to were very friendly. Engineer went above and beyond expectations. Would definitely recommend.

Second time using Aquaheat and glad I did. They are always so reliable and professional and nothing is too much trouble.

Paul was fantastic, he worked on a big bathroom job for a few days for me and treated it like it was his own, making sure everything was just right.

He left things tidy after each day and on completion of the work made sure everything was dusted down and presentable.

With working from home I was a bit concerned about the noise/disturbance from the work but Paul was great in communicating the times when it would be a bit noisier and organising timings with me.

Highly recommend Aquaheat as they say you get what you pay for and their professionalism, quality of work and flexibility reflect this.

Paul came yesterday as I had an unstoppable leak under my bath, he sourced the cause of the leak straight away and was very quick in fixing the problem and respectful of my home by clearing up after himself. Thank you Aquaheat for a great service

Paul and his apprentice Alfie did a great job on our bathroom refit. They worked hard to get our bathroom finished before Christmas, as we had guests coming to stay, and nothing was too much trouble. Lots of free advice! I would definitely recommend Aquaheat to anyone thinking of fitting a new bathroom. Very happy with the finished result, many thanks to Paul and Alfie.

Aquaheat have just installed a new boiler for me after my old one finally reached they end. At every step of the process they have been brilliant: coming out for the initial service that identified the problem and then providing quick quotes (of multiple products so I had a choice according to my budget) and getting people out to do the work the next day (especially important at this time of year when the temperature is below freezing!). John has just finished installing the boiler this afternoon and everything has been left spotless, rubbish removed and he took time to run through how it all works. Great customer service from a reliable and professional company

Discovered a leak on an internal wall on a Sunday afternoon . Rang Aquaheat and reported it to their out of hours team. First thing Monday morning Paul and his enthusiastic apprentice Alfie turned up and quickly diagnosed the problem as a poorly installed , ancient and bodged exterior soil stack. At my request they attended two days later and worked non stop to install a whole new pipe and the leak immediately stopped. Impressed by the initial response , the diagnosis of the problem and the graft that went in to sorting the problem. Aquaheat may not be the cheapest company but my attitude is that it’s worth paying for honesty and a quality service. I’ve used them several times in the last few months as I’ve sorted out an old house and highly recommend them. Hopefully I’ll have no more plumbing problems but if I do I won’t hesitate to use them use. Top marks to Paul and Alfie. Thanks.

Amazing company. I will never go anywhere else now for plumbing issues. Solved a problem with my boiler within 10 minutes of arriving. We had already decided to get a new boiler possibly through British Gas, but we wanted a Vaillant which offers a 10 year warranty, so decided to go with AquaHeat. We literally got the boiler installed the next day. It was not an easy job as the Boiler was initially too big for where it was going to be installed. This did not phase the engineers who were there, and put my mind at rest instantly. They made a call to their boss, and then began the work to get my boiler installed. This was definitely not an quick job for them and they had to call another engineer out to help. It was a long day for them, but they succeeded and didn't leave our property until they were happy with the boiler and checked all our radiators and hot water. I cannot praise these engineers enough. They were extremely professional, tidy, very trustworthy and their customer service was impeccable. The owner of this company looks after the general public and he employs the best engineers in my opinion. Thank you.

Was very well done even though thought it was cartridges at first and my mother and guy over phone were arguing which I had to sort which wasn’t fault of the company was my mum. Nell was brilliant so was Nick even though Nick couldn’t fix problem to begin with Nell went above and beyond and fix issue with bath and even fitted a new shower head onto our shower would recommend again, just my mum always wants things done on the cheap.

Small radiator leak.Engineer arrived after paying £90 up front.After 5 minutes he left saying fixed.Leak still present and he returned immediately.New radiator now needed.Told I would need the water tank in loft drained.This is not necessary to change a single radiator.Next was a quote from office for 1.5 hours labour and cost of radiator.Appointment given then cancelled as radiator would not available.Next a new appointment with 4 hours time slot. Engineer arrived and was about to fit the wrong radiator which I had to point out him!He left without apology.
New appointment with 4 hour slot.Radiator supplied was wrong again.This engineer did apologise .Wasted 2 days.
Cancelled future visits and asked for £200 deposit return.
Went directly to radiator supplier and obtained the correct radiator at a fraction of the cost delivered to my home and employed another company engineer at 50% the Aquaheat hourly rate.

Paul and his Apprentice Scott did a bathroom refit for me and I'm really happy with the service from Aquafit and Paul and Scott. Firstly, Paul and Scott were polite, professional and considerate of neighbouring flat owners. Secondly, ripping out the old bathroom did present a few problems which Paul confidently sorted out for me. Paul installed new wall boards where needed, boxing in of pipework, tiling, a new 3 piece suite, an electric shower, demister cabinet and wall heater. Next, a number of the items I had purchased were faulty, to mention two examples - the tiles were all substandard/wonky cut and the shower screen packaging had some fixtures missing from it but Paul helped sort these issues out. Furthermore, and a big bonus, there were a number of areas where Paul saved me money and that was extremely helpful. Finally, the new bathroom was for a rental property and my advice to any landlord is be prepared to be onhand during the works, I am really glad that I was able to be around during the refit because I was suprised how many problems cropped up to make decisions on.

Can't fault AquaHeat, called on Monday morning after finding 2 burst pipes in my outdoor loo after a long frost had thawed.
Someone came out that same day. Ended up having to get Yorkshire Water out to locate the stop tap but had another engineer come round the following morning. Bigger job than anticipated but he got it done within the hour. Everyone I have spoken to in person and on the phone have been absolutely brilliant. Would recommend and definitely use again.

I needed a shower replacing. Aquaheat sent out an engineer to stabilise the emergency. Then they sent out a team to replace the shower. There are two showers in the flat as it's a two bathroom and bedroom flat. One was in bits on the floor (and still is) and the other is on the wall and clearly working fine. The genius engineers decided that the shower that needed replacing was the one that was working fine and intact as opposed to the one in pieces on the floor and clearly broken. They kindly left me a surprise in the toilet too while they were here - clearly the flush button eluded their highly tuned observation skills too. I then reported this to Aquaheat. They said an engineer would be out the same day to take a look at this. I cancelled my work that afternoon so I could be home to supervise the engineer on fear of him/her being as non-observant as the previous one/set. After cancelling my work I then receive a call telling me that the engineer will now come the following week instead and it's too late to un-cancel my work at this point. It's now been five weeks and I've heard diddly squat from Aquaheat. My broken shower is still in pieces and non-functional. I've not even had so much as an apology for the delay.

In their response they say "we have no record of your name on our system" - what a load of nonsense. I even had a call from them saying they've seen my review and accept the fault made. I've got it in writing too by email.

Great service from start to end. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for any plumbing work in the future. Mark and the team were polite, professional and the quality of the work was faultless and a reasonable price for the amount of work involved in our boiler conversion.

Chris arrived this morning and was really helpful. He arrived promptly, explained exactly what my boiler required and talked me through everything in lay mans terms. There was no confusing jargon. The booking process was really straightforward and I was provided with a full written quote, within an hour of him leaving. Great service, would recommend!

Got through to Paul on a Saturday emergency with a broken underground pipe. Paul was amazing and much needed calm in a crisis, rang around to try to get someone out to me, eventually helped me turn off the water until someone, possibly him, can get here.

We may not have a fix yet but our garden and foundations aren't at risk and we can at least sleep easily and the kids have stopped crying.

Fabulous service - punctual, friendly, tidy engineer and very helpful office staff. And my heater works like a treat. Highly recommended.

Came out on time, when requested, followed the call instructions and did what they were supposed to for the price we agreed. Can’t ask for more than that really!

We have a disabled relative who had both en suite and main bathroom toilets start leaking in the same week and couldn't be used for fear of damaging an apartment downstairs. The plumber that the letting agent had arranged let us down at the last minute and we were faced with a wheel chair bound elderly relative with dementia without any toilet facilities.

Having seen Aquaheat vans around Leeds city centre we googled them and saw amazing reviews in trustpilot so contacted them straight away.

Paul who came out was fab and made sure the en suite loo which was the most important was fixed straight away, even rushing out to get a part before the shop shut. He then provided quotes for the 2nd job which was completed a day later.

Really helped us out of a tight spot, on behalf of our Mum and us, thanks Paul and Aquaheat. Definitely our go to plumbers from now on.
