Very disappointing quality of the towels. We were looking forward to the towels after seeing and trying them at the store, super soft to touch and feels nice. But after the first wash a lot of villi appeared. The towels absorb water poorly. Unfortunately getting rid of these after just few days of usage.

We are very sorry to hear that the towels did not meet your expectations. That's of course not the quality you should expect from Aquanova.
Sometimes new towels can initially absorb less well due to a protective finish applied during production. This can usually be solved by washing the towels a few times without fabric softener. We also recommend avoiding fabric softener in general, as it leaves a coating on the fibers and reduces absorbency. Washing with a little vinegar can also help to remove residues and improve absorbency.
