Extremely slow delivery!!! Still waiting after 14 days from the order date!!!

Thanks. Delivery Was on time. 5-7 working days stated. But delivered in less than 4 days

Received my Panels a day late .I was very unsure that they were genuine after reading reviews .I did telephone and was told they were with the courier but on clicking the link it wouldn't work and didn't get any email confirmation .so was worried about my order but all worked out fine. .

7 panels ordered and I have received 4 different shades of grey slate. Contacted Aqua Panels to be offered 20% refund to keep the panels I can’t use and no offer to replace for ones i can actuallyuse. Disgusting!!
I am still waiting on a response to resolve this issue, as I have plumbers waiting to complete my bathroom. At the moment I would suggest not to use this company at all!!!!
I’ll update if/when I get a response.

Update: the company never helped at all. Refused to respond. So, the bank had to help me. The company didn't even respond to the bank! Terrible company, stay away from them.

A scam company, ordered from them in October 2024 waited for 2 weeks no luck. Called and emailed them only to recieve a reciept with fake address and fake company details. Then after insisting on that I still need my item they sent me an email that item shipped and provided a tracking number with a shipping company called mdpexpress that never responded to my enquiries to check delivery date and there phone not working and when tried tracking on there website it only gives item awaiting delivery and never been delivered !!!
Luckily I used my credit card so will dispute that . But anyone over there AVOID this company IT IS A SCAM ..

Now it's the 18th of December
No reply, no customer service, never got a order confirmation email, never got the order,
Lucky I got A screen shot of the order confirmation.

So many Law's have been broken unbelievable

I wish I had checked Trust pilot for reviews - these guys are an absolute nightmare - Cow boys !! Paid for good and express delivery , no goods 5 to 7 days later .. they are stating courier has lost them and are refusing to give a refund until their courier finds them !! I have registered a dispute case with my credit card company who will now deal with them … , then suddenly one day I get a call from someone trying to deliver the shower panels on their behalf , I explain I no longer need the goods and do not deliver … I come back from work to find them left on my driveway … absolute nightmare …

The one star is rather generous in my opinion. However in fairness much a that score is down to the courier used. My order took two weeks almost to arrive. No emails regarding dispatch or payment confirmation. Many many phone calls later in provided with a tracking number, however the couriers website is super basic and just said arrived at depot. Several days later and my order changes to out for delivery. Waited in all day and nothing, checked the following day and the same status. Friday evening at 8.30 at night I hear lots of noise outside and my order has arrived soggy box all over the front garden and part of the order missing. Five minutes later driver returns realising his mistake. Not happy at all. I’d avoid using this company unless your prepared to wait with no info

Part of Shower panels warehouse I belive and other cowboy esq. fraudulent, loathsome companies.
An utter shambles of a company.
They lie, cheat, steal!!!!
Have had 4 boxes of damaged panels in my living room for 6 weeks now because this lot cannot arrange for them to be collected. It's 5-7 working days (once they bother to out the order in with the courier). Then its the next 48 hours. Then it's 2-3 today. All lies. All the time.
Disgusting company who will take your money and sell you tat!
You cannot contact these or their "courier" it seems.
They're all part of one company "shower panels warehouse" but there's no address, no manager, no owner, just some guy on the phone who lies to you!!!
Avoid the nightmare I'm going through
