Ordered plants over a week ago and no response from the company except order (and money) received. Sent several emails but no response. I tried this company over a couple of others i used in the past. My mistake, so far!! We will see if, when and what I get from them. If all is satisfactory I will provide an updated review. But right now I would suggest using some of the other more reputable on-line companies for your plants. Update 8/7/26. Received my plants. All of them in good condition. Found just a few snails in a couple of them. I will but again from this company

Excellent care of the plants they sell. I was astonished when i saw the beautiful plants i ordered. Once delivered it was well worth the wait. Im glad they are in business as i will surely continue to purchase from this retailer.

Doesn't work

I have always had good experience with their plants and Co2 equipment. However my last order before the hurricane Helene has not arrived and their website is not available. Located in Tampa FL so may got hit by the hurricane.

Packaging is always top rate and the team always seems to throw in an extra plant. I’m a long time costumer and never had an issue. I recommend shopping here!

The worst customer service I've ever had. They did not respond to any of my emails or phone calls UNTIL I filed a complaint. Their idea of 'making it right' was to pretend to send me another shipment of plants (I never received anything from them) and then ask that I remove my original review. "I've never had anyone go so hard on me for not sending out my products on time" after that guilt trip, I was told someone in their store had passed away making them get behind of shipments. It was so unprofessional. You ruined the gifts I had planned to give to my husband for his birthday then you gave me false hope you would make it right. What a joke. Good thing Paypal knows how to do the right thing and refunded me.

You sent me the wrong plants, I wrote to you about it, and you haven't responded.

Even though there was a slight shipping delay, the plants arrived in fantastic condition. Paying for insulation was worth it. My fish are very happy.

The shipping company you used took eight days to get the plants to me all dead I have reaced out a couple times to try and fix the problem and you won't respond.

Great customer service great product and quality

This is one of a few live plant shops that will ship to Hawaii at a reasonable price. My order was filled promptly and the plants arrived in excellant condition. It would be helpful if the plants were labeled (purchased the assortment) so that a person new to the hobby, like myself, can research the plants and better understand how to plant, where to plant and how to care for the plants.

Website is designed and organized really well so shopping for products is easy. Packaging and shipping was great! I called customer service with a question about shipping price and they were super nice and courteous! I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again.

I got the wrong plant & when I contacted the seller to fix the issue, I did not get any response.

Great plants, packaging and delivery. Just all around great service!
