We have now wasted 2 days waiting for an engineer.
The first time at least they called and re-booked but today nothing.
2 lost days of work!!

We have used Aquashield for many years. They have always provided excellent heating and plumbing cover.

In September we had a new boiler fitted. And also an air-conditioning unit.

The service we received was excellent from beginning to end.

The advice we received was profssional and honest.

The office staff and the fitters were second to none and we are very happy with the work that they did.

We will continue to use them for any repairs in the future and I would definitely recommend them.

Been with Aquashield before when I moved into my house. Needed a new boiler fitted - absolutely excellent service all round - quote, expertise, wonderful customer service. Big shout out to Dave who installed our new boiler - lovely man who gets the job done like a superhero. Many thanks to you all.

Excellent service used Aquashield for last 8 years always outstanding no nonsense service. More recently our Vaillant boiler was replaced without delay. The office staff were very professional and efficient providing fast quotes and installation date. Ian and Tom arrived on time provided a fast neat tidy hassle free job in just a few hours. I wouldn't bother going elsewhere, we will continue to recommend Aquashield to friends and family who have also received an excellent service.

I just wanted to say a massive big thanks to Ben and the 2 ladies in the office I contacted for advice. Not only where the ladies, (I think it was Jo and Mandy), forgive me if I'm wrong, able to give me some practical advise, they also managed to contact Ben and he was round in only ten minutes. He has temporarily fixed the fault and is putting in a request for new parts. What a great piece of customer service a real triumph in this day and age. This shows why we remain customers of yours. Aqua shield always get it right. We’ve used them for a number of years - providing cover on rental properties and our family home. Recently Jason quickly diagnosed, promptly ordered the replacement parts and is in the process of repairing a leaking bath. Nothing is a problem and the quality of service is as good as it gets. Aqua shield get the balance right in terms of being big enough to cope but small enough to care. Highly recommend 👍

Aqua shield Hull installed my new Ideal combi back in September. Excellent service from the friendly office staff, and a really professional installation by the engineers. The price was great and the quote was exactly what I paid. Great service all round by Aqua Shield.

I have used Aquashield for several years for our annual checks on the gas boiler and gas fire and they provide an excellent and friendly service. They ensure that the work area is safe and cleaned up if nessary on completion.

I had a new boiler fitted arrange a date 2 nice young men(Jason & Ian) arrived they fitted the new boiler without making a mess very tidy and respectful. Not a problem it went seamlessly which is wonderful.

From my first contacting Aqua Shield ,I found the whole team to be courteous ,professional and on time with my appointments.
The estimator was knowledgeable and listened to my reqirements and provided a competative quote for the work I wanted doing.
The two tradesmen who completed the work did so in a very skilled manor and in the time allocated
to complete the job.

Initial consultation gave me all of the information I needed to make a decision to choose and buy a new boiler. Installation carried out with care and fitters were polite, efficient and tidy.

Great experience, our engineer was Dave B and talked me through everything he was doing in the service we had. Very efficient and highly recommended. Will definitely be using again.

Tom and Ian well what can I say! I've dealt with plenty of tradesmen in my time and they are by far two of the best! Polite, courteous, informative and never have I seen tradesmen clean up to there standard!! Spotless!

Also super impressed with Tom cannot belive how talented and multi tasking he is for 19 and an apprentice ! He definitely has a long future ahead of him.
