Terrible company, selling defective products.
It has been a nightmare. Dealing with this company over the last few weeks has been absolutely terrible.
All "reps" are more incompetent than you can possibly imagine. They have sold me a strap for $246 and it does not fit my watch. I've purchased the proper, exact model for my Deepstar and I've let them know the day I received it that their product is defective.
They have refused to hear me and will not help in any way. It's a terrible way to do business and they've gaslighted me in almost every email. They're refusing to acknowledge there was not R&D or quality control on their end and blaming it on me. It's truly unbelievable.
I would not recommend to anyone dealing with this company. I also has to send my watch for service after just a year, a few months ago, and that interaction was awful as well. It took weeks to just "understand" their terms.
