From talking with Aquastream to sort out what was needed to replace an old water softener through to the installation, nothing was too much trouble. They were absolutely great, very patient (several calls and email exchanges with Stephen) doing a first class job, including sorting out other issues with the water supply piping. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

A real personal touch. Stephen told me I had to change my tank ballcock valve. When I ignored his advice, he politely reminded me that I really needed to. He was right - no heaven help us from do-it-yourselfers.

Super responsive and thoroughly professional. In servicing of my legacy water softener, Aquastream was able to replace several legacy parts to reinvigorate my water softener.

We upgraded a very old water softener to a new Minimax Innova model. Stephen clearly has many years of experience in the business and did a great installation job. Highly recommended.

My water softener came with a plastic bipass valives which was easy to fit but leaked after a couple of years. This 22mm bypass kit looks really robust and it just as easy to fit. Got to be the way to go.

Unfortunately the power supply failed on our Tapworks water softener and Tapworks has been taken over by another company who were clueless when I phoned and don't deal with customers any more! They sent me off to phone a few companies who "should" be able to help but there was so much confusion over whether we needed an ac or dc power supply and even if we guessed the right one, some of the prices were outrageous. I ended up calling Aquastream and what a relief. They were so helpful, knew exactly what we needed and it was in stock at a fair price. We paid for fast delivery and within 2 days I had the unit, fitted it with no drama and we were up and running. Fantastic service and next time I will call them first!!

Stephen was very helpful when he came to quote for the installation of the water softener and explained exactly how it would be achieved. Then the installation was carried out in a very professional and efficient manner. It works very well and saves me money!

Stephen provided support in both acquiring an EcoWater Systems Boost 300 water softener and then technical support when commissioning the softener. He was absolutely superb and I have no hesitation in giving him five stars.

My 25 year old EcoWater softener needed replacing due to it developing a near continuous leak a month or so earlier and I needed quite a bit of new plumbing installed at the same time including a new bypass set.

I wanted an EcoWater even though they are no longer trading in the UK, because the old softener had been excellent and performed as expected throughout its long lifespan. A variety of models were still available from various suppliers and I had been looking for a couple of years as the old softener was starting to wear out, but not at the leaking stage. I was therefore already aware of what sort of prices they were being sold at. Stephen was able to give a very competitive price, which added to his technical input and support guaranteed he got the sale.

Stephen ensured I was getting the right model to meet the water demands of our house.

As I live in Reading and all the suppliers were nowhere near, it was going to be a diy install.

Stephen talked me through the parts being supplied and the important things to be aware of during the install prior to me starting the external plumbing.

Stephen utilised WhatsApp and standard telephone calls to make sure all went well.

The final stage was the commissioning off the system which is a lot more than just switching it on. Stephen talked me through step by step to ensure a safe start up and what will hopefully be a long lifespan of the Boost 300.

Stephen was professional. Arrived early on the appointment and has done the job with perfection. There was an issue with the unit he brought and he went back and brought a new unit. Very pleased with the work. Would definitely recommend.

Stephen offered expert advice on choosing a water softener suitable for my family without sales talks. On installation day, Stephen and his team laid the piping configuration so well behind the skirting board that avoids any damage to my new kitchen unit. They did not mind the hard work of drilling holes so close to the floor. Much appreciate the work ethic of the team. I will engage them in my second house. I am glad that I chose Aquastream. Highly recommended.

The installer was pleasant, efficient and made changes to the system that made it quieter than its predecessor. He also made the cupboard where it was installed neater by repairing damage done to it when the previous softener had failed and flooded. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Very good service. Contacted them via whatsapp to verify that they could supply a new transformer for our water softener. Replied quickly with the correct part and ordering details. Part dispatched quickly, arrived in 2 days and is far superior quality than original one. Good customer service.
