I am very happy with Aquathin which I was already familiar with. Coupled with the Quooker tap and selection of water, it also delivers great taste. This is a proper filtration system, installed by true professionals, do not settle for anything less. Stick to Aquathin UK for the real thing and great customer service.

We could immediately taste the difference after installing the Aquathin system. A fresh, clean taste with no scale plus the great feeling of knowing the contaminants that find their way into drinking water have been removed. We were hugely impressed with Adam and team who went the extra mile to make sure the system was installed in the best way to suit our (low water pressure) flat. Highly recommended.

Due to my long term health problems I have been looking for a water purification system, as I experience symptoms even after most mineral/spring waters. I have contacted Aquathin and from the beginning my experience with them has been excellent.

Excellent, professional company

Having been somewhat disappointed by the supplier and maintainer of our pure water system, we engaged Aquathin UK to service and maintain our system. We have been delighted with the prompt and extremely professional service from Aquathin. Adam did a very thorough service of our system, which he discovered had not been installed properly or maintained correctly over a few years. He quickly rectified the problems, effectively reworking the installation during his first visit to us. He also advised us to have a leak sensor which he fitted as well.

In addition to the pure water system, at our request, Adam carried out a water hardness test on our softened water system to help us understand if the softening equipment was working correctly - which it was not. Adam then gave us some advice on possible solutions and actions we could take.

All of the work was completed to a high standard and in a conscientious and friendly manner. Adam followed up the service by giving us a report on the faults he found.

We are very pleased with Aquathin’s quality of work and professionalism and found them to be efficient and trustworthy. We highly recommend them.

Can't recommend Adam and Chris of Aquathin UK enough - having had an Aquathin water filter for 15+ years and following a service of our water filter by a company who fitted the wrong parts last year, Adam from Aquathin UK came out and fitted a brand new system for us. First class service.

We first contacted Aquathin to service our equipment last March and were so impressed with the efficiency, friendliness and quality of their service. We had another issue mid-year with a pump (one that had been installed by the previous company) that was dealt with similarly. The other day I reported to Chris a leakage and on the same day Adam came down to us (from Surrey to Bath) and serviced our machine (and installed a leak detection device) and left the machine in good order. In these difficult times in particular the service was incredible. Aquathin UK are without a doubt in our minds the leader in this field.

Adam provided first class customer service to me when I was faced with a tricky plumbing situation involving my water purifier.

He persevered and solved the problem and now I have a new kitchen tap and beautiful, beautiful water again. Nothing matches after Aquathin water!

Aquathin Installed a replacement Quooker smart tap in our kitchen to replace our existing Pure H2O smart tap and boiler system, mainly because the Pure H2O smart tap was so unreliable. I am delighted to report that the new Quooker tap is not only more reliable is it also SIMPLER to use and a more elegant design. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aquathin UK or Quooker to any potential customer who is looking for a filtered smart tap system that delivers both boiling water and sparkling chilled water at the touch of a button.

I have had an Aqualite water purifier for approximately 17 years - bought from another company. Over those years my experience of the customers service of that company has been less than satisfactory. Recently the unit stopped working and after 3 service calls from the old company with absolutely no result to the problems - I gave up.

I found Aquathin UK on an internet search ........... Chris arranged for Adam to come and sort out the problem. The unit was totally strip down, sterilised and serviced. He also reposition the unit under the sink so it took up less room. Now I can report an almost silent pump and the water tested super clean.

Finally I feel I have found a company who are professional, courteous and more to the point, know what they are doing.

At this time of the Covid-19 virus it feels more important than ever to have a clean, pure water supply.
