Delivery was easy and fast, quality of the Bikinis is actually really good and they fit perfect, especially the bottoms.
True to size, if between two sizes, I‘d size up!

I just received my order and I absolutely LOVE IT !! I only tried it on very quick and it is the bikini of my dreams, I ordered the Tulum set and now I wish I’d ordered 3 more for my holiday tomorrow!! I made two purchases online. First one bikini, got it on time, fit perfectly. Then two more, one of which didn't fit me very well. I asked for an exchange for another model and they sent me a new one free of charge.
Customer service was very fast, so was delivery, and the bikinis are beautiful.

I am very happy with the order I placed, it seems like a serious company that cares about whether everything went well with the product or not. Apart from the fact that the products are spectacular and of good quality

I had ordered two bikinis. Both bikinis are not as expected. Price/quality not good.
I emailed asking to return them.
I immediately received a very friendly email back suggesting that I choose two new bikinis, without returning the two I had received.
All good.
Now we are now months later. I get no more replies to my mails. The two bikinis are still packed on my closet. No communication. So no returns. And therefore no refund either.

Not okay.

As advised by the company's website, I have emailed them about making a return (the item I bought does not fit). I have not received a response despite following up multiple occasions.

The products arrived very very fast and I was truly surprised with the quality, unfortunately we don’t really expect that when the products are that affordable, but the quality of the material is truly amazing. I had to send them an email to exchange one of my swimsuits because the top part didn’t fit me at all, and instead of exchanging, they just told me to choose any other set on the website that they’d sent me for free. The service is quick and really efficient.
One thing I need to say though, is that I got the biquínis on size L, because I know I have a bigger chest, so I wanted to be sure, the bottom part was a bit big and the top part was way too small. I think the brand should rethink the sizes a little bit, to be able to include girls with bigger chests. The new one that I got, I got it in a different format, so I think i’ll be good. Apart from that, great experience.

5 star because not only are the suits amazing quality and super comfortable, but they're also affordable! Coming from a broke college student I can proudly say that these suits work and serve me well. I can wear them anywhere in any water and nothing will fall out of place, they hold onto my body perfectly, and I've already gotten so many compliments about them because they're so cute and simple. Definitely give this brand a shot and wear them with confidence, always.

Amazing bikinis, the fabric is of excellent quality and fits very well.
The top would look better on a fuller breast, but despite having small breasts it fits well. I am able to wear it in different ways

I purchased a bikini set.
It arrived but I didn't feel comfortable in it.
I wrote to Aquatropic who told me straight away that I could receive another set of my choice (or another size, if that was the problem) with no additional cost.
Congrats for the great customer care, I would really recommend! :)

I love the material and color!!! I ordered size S and the top was little bit small but I founded sexy so I didn't return it in the end ( My bra size is A/B )

Super nice and cute bikinis! The bottoms fit more like a thong for those who like fuller coverage but overall it was super flattering. The tops are nice and supportive as well!

I placed my first order was alittle disappointed and they immediately send me two free baithing suits free to prove they were good very appreciative and happy with the great service

Bikinis look lovely online but avoid ordering if you have a holiday in a few days or even weeks - I’ve ordered mine on the 4th January and it is still in the processing centre, with no clear delivery date.
I have emailed them 4 times that my holiday is on the 20th January so one can only hope. It arrives on time.
For reference I am based in Manchester, UK.

Also just a note - initially a wrong (higher ) price was deducted from my account, which I reported and it was refunded the following day and then I had to pay tax that I was not made aware of when placed my order.
A lot of unnecessary issues which made my shopping experience tricky.

Will comment on bikini quality once it arrives.

This is the last update I had from aquatropic.com (last Sunday)
Today is Wednesday night the 21st, I’ve emailed them twice and have had no new update on when or where my package is.
If the package is lost i can understand those things happen and send me a refund but don’t stay silent please it’s very frustrating!!!!
EDIT!!!
They have come back to me. They manage to contact the delivery company.
I still have to wait up to 10 days to MAYBE receive my package but aquatropicswim is gonna give me a refund and I’ll pay 65% of the original price when or if o receive my order.
That much better from them so I change my rating from 1 to 4 starts. 👌
