Fantastic, efficency and knowledgeable rental agency. I've used Aquavia a few times to rent properties in the most beautiful and scenic areas of Nerja and beyond. My favourite being the three properties they have in the National park of El Canuelo, which in my opinion has the best beach in all of the Costa del Sol and two good restaurants. From each of these three properties you can enjoy hiking, snorkeling, wildlife spotting (lots of wild boar and goats), ornithology, star gazing, big terraces to practice yoga, alfresco dining and fablous sea views all at your doorstep. If you love nature and tranquility I highly recommend using Aquavia, Olfa has a magical eye for properties and locations that retain the old Andulician charm and beauty. He was always available to offer me advice on activities and best places to eat. I stayed el mirador for a couple of months over the winter and really appreciated they allowed my pets to stay also. Be warned that the nature wonderland of Canuelo will have you returning again and again.

Exciting area, nice house and splendid experience.

Had a fantastic time this weekend in Nerja. The house we stayed in had the most incredible views and lots of space outside to enjoy them! It maintained a gorgeous authentic Spanish style too. A short walk to the beach which had a great spot to have lunch/dinner. Really recommend and already looking forward to going back!

Stayed at la Fuente close to Nerja. Amazing sea views and an incredible rooftop. The pool was a nice alternative when the beach got too hot. I’d highly recommend Aquavia and book again.

I’ve stayed with Aquavia in the Nerja region twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. The house has a warm, local charm and is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It really feels like a home away from home. The host was always responsive and helpful, providing great recommendations and answering any questions quickly. I’ll definitely be back!

It was such a lovely stay in Nerja with some friends. The house we chose had a real charm and the location absolutely perfect - right on the beach. Highly recommend

I always rent houses in Nerja through Aquavia, and have had great experiences for years. They go above and beyond to not only make sure the accomodation is good, but also to recommend activities and restaurants in the area etc.
