Altho the item is what i ordered, the company are not good with letting you know where your order is.. Over 2 weeks for delivery with no explanation or apology. This should of been made clear at the time of purchase, not left for me to chase with a plumber sitting here waiting!
Brilliant service
The item was exactly as ordered, despatched immediately and delivered well within the timeframe give. Service was A1, communication good with help offered if needed. All in all I couldn’t fault any aspect of the transaction.

Terrible stay away it looks attractive because they have good prices but behind the doors in terms of stock, support and delivery, they are absolutely a mess. You need to keep the track of your item and be in touch otherwise you will wait forever.Their support team who you will be in touch once you buy don’t read the emails properly and they will take usually 48 hours to reply. They make constantly mistakes and don’t care about the customers. After making mistakes and canceled my order they fixed because I complained but then I received a broken item I contacted them with the evidence is been a week without positive solution. Avoid at all costs.

Product was boxed damaged
Product was boxed damaged. Opened it 16 days after delivery due to builders covid and when I notified they argued that the swap was 14 day, so I was out of luck. They do poor quality control, because the box was not damaged and the unit was packed damaged, actually missing dowels. Be careful buying from these guys, not responsive and poor quality control from their suppliers.

Out of stock shower tray
I ordered a shower tray online from Aqva Bathrooms. On the website, it stated that the item was in stock and could be delivered in 2-3 days. The day after placing my order, I was informed via email that the item was out of stock and that it may take up to 9 weeks for delivery. I could not wait this long, so I requested a refund. This was dealt with very quickly and the full amount was refunded into my account within 3 days. This was not a successful transaction, but I am more than happy with the response and speed of resolution from this company.

The item was left in an open box in my front garden and was dusty and dirty.
Products and on line system great but
Products and on line system great, what fell down was the delivery - 2 items ordered, got text from DHL on Thursday morning (delivery between 11.10 and) that was it? 21.23 that evening delivery undertaken, I was out walking the dog and partner was getting ready for bed, not overly impressed. Second parcel came on the Friday via a company called Circuit, text came in at 04.37 (we were well asleep and didn't hear it) - delivery between 05.30 and 06.00, yes placed on doorstep at 05.54, at least they didn't knock!! So much for the comment on the web saying the delivery driver will wait whilst package is checked, fortunately ours was ok. I know there are issues at present with delivery driver shortages but at least getting adequate information would help?
