I am compelled to expose the deceitful and fraudulent practices of AR Pay, a company that has betrayed consumer trust by knowingly selling invalid and expired vouchers. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter through their customer service, AR Pay has shown blatant disregard for accountability and consumer rights.

AR Pay's sale of expired vouchers is a flagrant act of fraud, preying on unsuspecting customers who expect valid discounts or services in return for their hard-earned money. Instead, they have perpetrated a deliberate scheme to defraud consumers, betraying the very foundation of ethical business practices.

Attempts to seek resolution from AR Pay's customer service have been met with evasion and indifference. Their representatives have either ignored my inquiries or provided empty assurances without taking meaningful action. This pattern of neglect demonstrates AR Pay's callous disregard for their customers' concerns and reinforces their unethical business practices.

I urge all consumers to exercise caution when dealing with AR Pay. Their actions exemplify a complete lack of integrity and respect for consumer rights. Purchasing from AR Pay is not just a risk of financial loss but a tacit endorsement of their fraudulent behavior.

I verified my identity but still i cant make purchase i contacted the support they said wait 2 hours and and u can make purchase again
Now more than 13 hours and still i cant
So what the purpose of the verification ?

Bad I bought Minecraft game code but they give me mine coins instead and when I started talking with the customer support they would ghost me in the middle of the conversation and ignore me and they refused to refund me

Update: they called me and told me it was a translation mistake even though I asked the customer support before buying the Minecraft code asking if it’s actually the game code and they said yes and the manager who called me about it also said that they can’t do anything for me and she just gave me a half hearted apology and nothing else bad experience with both the product and the customer support
do not buy from them

Update 2: they tried calling me again for some reason but I didn’t answer because I was busy still won’t recommend

i used it to buy Binance gift card excellant done fast and with no problems

Worst website ever they provide wrong codes and when you try to get support they ask for bank statement i dont know what the heck does bank statement has to do with wrong codes they provided

If you have a problem you will have no support.

Update: I already followed all needed steps and my account is fully verified already. And still no orders are accepted since then. And no response from support.

I was asked to verify my Identity, my number, my Email and even my credit card ! I did everything they asked for ! Now they're asking for a bank statement for the last 6 months so I can purchase more gift cards! That's so weird and so unnecessary.

Fraud
I have tried to buy gift card from their website they debited the amount from my card and canceled the order with no refund

They charged me 111$ and then declined my order, I contacted them on all support channels no reply. This is a scamming company and going to report the order to the bank for a charge back.
