I bought a talabat Kuwait code and paid then same time I received my code but I tried to use it but was surprised that it expired and I can’t imagine how such a known group and website give expired codes, the customer service are just some bots copying and pasting. There should be a human who is able to check the codes if redeemable before giving it to the customer

EDIT: I have waited 6 days until I received a refund message from them and another 3 days for refund process.

They claimed that they cannot do anything until the source answers them. While the proof is clear and enough shows code is expired but they don’t trust any customer and even they can’t trust the photos.

Even the tickets I was sending it via email of the website, it was getting closed immediately once I sent it for no reasons while I was asking for my rights but still they didn’t want a ticket to be opened.

Do not suggest buying from them because you’ll face problems and just will lose time.
