Superb customer service. I needed to exchange an item for a different size - no problem at all. All of the items I've received from House of Valerie arrive in super-speedy time and are well packaged.

10 out of 10! Outstanding customer service by Eloise- a small fault with a pair of sandals that I ordered online, I was sent a brand new pair and didn't even need to return the faulty one.
Absolute pleasure to deal with!
I will be shopping from them again as I just love their clothes/ shoes.

I have been buying from this amazing company for the last few years.

They are really helpful and reply very quickly to any queries that I have raised about their gorgeous clothes.

Unfortunately I have had to return a few items which don't fit as I can only buy online as regrettably the shop is too far away from me. Any refund has been processed really quickly.
I definitely recommend this company.

If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would. I have been buying from House of Valerie (Formally Arebella) for 2 years now. I buy online as too far for me to travel. The customer service is exceptional. The girls simply can not do enough for you. They create live feeds Tuesday to Friday showcasing the gorgeous clothes and will answer any questions regarding sizing and how to mix and match designs. I have always received items within 1 to 2 working days. Any queries are dealt with immediately. The girls are clearly passionate about customer satisfaction and go above and beyond. I have never met them in person however, they feel like friends. So Val, Jade, Yas and all the staff …. You really are smashing it and should be enormously proud of yourselves 😊💕

I bought 2 dress and it more than month now and until now I didn't receive any thing
Track order is not working appropriate, it still showing awaiting shipment
Customer service reply is very bad like iam not patience enough to wait more than month
I start think it fake web site or scammer

The item arrived very quickly indeed and it was well packaged. It was exactly as described. It seems like a reputable company with good customer service.

Customer service is shocking 😳 avoid!!! They delete all their negative comments and reviews to look perfect.

I have just spent an awful lot on the Arabella Summer sale! It's a wonderful online shopping experience from start to finish where you really feel you are getting the personal touch. They carry clothes from wonderful designers like Rundholz, Lofina, Pluslavie, Sanctamuerte and the staff give great style tips. I have become addicted to their weekly online videos which are very funny and warm as well as giving great styling advice. As a plus sized woman in her 50's, shopping isn't always a great experience but this is fashion with an edge for real women.

It is my pleasure to write a 5* review for Arabella, since I began online shopping with the store 2 years ago my shopping experience has been fantastic from the range of wonderful stock (catering for all ages), speaking with members of staff re sizing, returns and refunds, customer care and prompt delivery to Ireland, last but not least is the uplifting fashion shows Tuesday-Friday, they are a real treat and a great laugh - I look forward to my evening fix! Keep it going @ Arabella.

Should you need to return an item then refunds are completed with ease and peace of mind. The girls are friendly and extremely helpful with clothing and styling advice.

High end quality ladies fashion wear. Arabella sells unique avant guarde clothing, if you are looking for something different there is plenty of choice here.
The staff are all great fun and very helpful. The online fashion shows are good.
Great customer service well worth a visit

Never thought ordering UK to US could be so much fun! I use the CHAT to ask all kinds of questions about size and fit and also compare the models in the live shows with what I purchase and fit for me. Their selection of interesting, avant garde pieces and their modeling and showcasing the design pieces is brilliant and adventurous.
I have ordered over 15 pieces since finding this fabulous shop on the Internet when searching for my favorite brand from Germany (very scarce in the US).
Staff is absolutely helpful and charming and FUN to shop with. Shipping is easy and relatively painless and waiting for the packages is actually a treat - something to look forward to with the post. I feel so lucky to have found this lovely and gorgeous shop and so enjoy all the shopping I have done with Yas, Lydia, Jade and all the Team!

Found this Gem of a shop last January while looking for an item on Google..to say I'm hooked is an understatement..look forward to the evening live shows everyday ! The clothes are so beautiful ..I get loads of compliments on any of the items I have purchased...can't wait to visit the shop in person.!! Hopefully soon..

Fantastic range of clothes. I order from the website which is great with good images and information . Delivery is quick and well packaged. I have used the live chat which is friendly and helpful. Email enquiries are always answered promptly. Any refunds are quickly made and details always emailed. I always watch the live fashion shows which are great. There's nothing like seeing the clothes on people, particularly when one can identify with a similar body shape.

Lovely clothing, ordered a few bits for delivery to Ireland, had to pay delivery but the order arrived within 2 days. Very happy with my order and will be shopping on this stores website again.

I ordered a Rains jacket for my girlfriend which we had to return due to it being too big but my experience with Arabella has been without fault.

I was immediately impressed with the shipping confirmation and next-day delivery, with my order arriving in probably less than 24 hours.

We didn't expect the packaging to be so nice either! It was very satisfying to feel like the seller cared about who their customers are. You could claim it as being gift-wrapped in all honesty.

Despite having to return the item, I received a refund very soon after royal mail confirmed it had been delivered back to them. fast and efficient!

I never leave reviews but I feel compelled to give Arabella one as it is thoroughly deserved.

I’ve never been to the shop, too far away, but would like to go sometime, therefore I rely on the website.

I think the website is very poor in giving sizing information. I have asked for clearer details on sizing in general to be applied across the whole site, but that e-mail was never acknowledged. I know it’s probably extra work, but one brands L is not another’s, and what is an L anyway? I would like sizes in inches. Clothing sites that do it very well are I Dare To Robe and Olivia May. Please take a look.

Arabella you are missing out on sales, certainly from me, as I don’t want to be paying return postage for something I have to take a punt on for sizing.
