Pleasant online shopping and good quality products
Overall a very pleasant online shopping experience. Products clearly displayed on the homepage from all relevant angles and colour schemes. Pricing set to local currency for easier ’gut feeling’ on price/quality ratio
Fast shipping from the UK, also with the inevitable stop in local customs and payment of import taxes taken into account. Package delivered to doorstep by PostNord.
Several sides of package received was left as bare cardboard and seemed to have taken in moisture/water during transport as it was clearly moist and softening. Not enough to start falling apart and no immediate danger for the contents that was individually packed in plastic bags.
This could have been an issue though with items that are sensitive to water/moisture or need the package material to stay sturdy and protect from damage during transport.
Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the delivered products when unpacked. Thin yet not see-through, non-static and nicely draping fabric in the two abayas. Consistent with other good quality abayas from the Gulf-region that I own.
Purchased Turkish scarves (Karaca) were also of very good quality. Thin, draping nicely and nicely sized to cover all relevant hijabi bits without going into oversized territory. Colouring IRL a bit off compared to photos online, but not enough to cause any grief and well within expected range.
