Really poor product. Do not recommend. The smell lasts only a short while and even then you have to spray a lot! I took a chance on this and in the store in London I wouldn’t be surprised if they use a longer lasting one. Smells okay but really disappointed for the price! Customer services poor and do not care. I would avoid this company and look for something else.

Generally poor service on and offline. Stores are often badly stocked, staff often busy chatting to one another rather than assisting. Online issues with an order that took an unnecessary long time to sort out. WhatsApp marketing is literal spam, I’ve unsubscribed repeatedly and get the confirmation I’m unsubscribed…just for more ads to be sent through! This isn’t acceptable.

I called the store in paris asking if this perfume uses natural oud and the country of origin, he said that information is online. The information is not online and he told me that it is natural oud from combodia even though nowhere online it says this. He also said that the perfume is extrait de parfume with 30% oud oil, online it says it is eau de parfum which is 15-20% not 30%. So either the man was misinforming me or the website i would like to know which?

Bought majority Maliki perfumes but when the arrived the smell nothing like the old one I still have, new ones are made in India and they are terrible , wasted money , order 218638574

Fantastic experience in the Westfields Shepards bush store. I had to ask the staff members names, Abdul was brilliant and so professional and knowledgable about the fragrances. Karolina was also wonderful. 10/10

I went to the shop in Westfield and the staff were polite, but overall I was disappointed. I bought one of their Arabian perfumes after trying it in store, and it smelled strong and long-lasting at first. However, when I got home and wore it properly, the scent only lasted about two or three hours. For a perfume that costs over £100 and is marketed as a so called “luxury” product, that’s really disappointing. Arabian fragrances are usually known for lasting a long time, so I expected much better quality. How embarrassing for us arabs!
The customer assistant was okay, but they didn’t seem very interested or engaged. In the end, I feel like I wasted my money. The perfume is overpriced for what it is and I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.

The pricing strategy of Arabian Oud is extremely disappointing. Prices in Arabian Oud stores are three to four times higher than in Saudi Arabia or on the brand’s official Saudi website, which feels excessive and unjustifiable.

In my opinion, the perfumes themselves are far from exceptional. They are not superior to many other brands on the market, and in reality, several niche perfume houses offer much better performance, depth, and longevity at a fraction of the price.

What raises even more concern is the constant heavy discounting on the Saudi website, often reaching up to 60% off. This seriously calls into question the real production cost and the true value of these fragrances. If such large discounts are permanently available, it strongly suggests that the international retail prices are heavily inflated.

Overall, the pricing outside Saudi Arabia feels misleading and unjustified, especially considering the quality offered. I would not recommend purchasing at full price and strongly advise customers to compare prices elsewhere before buying.

Had a disappointing experience at Arabian Oud. Found a perfume I wanted, but the store staff pushed a 'buy one get one free' deal on me instead of mentioning the 50% off promotion they had online. I ended up paying full price for the perfume I wanted and got a second product I didn't need. Feels like a missed opportunity to give me a better deal and earn the trust of a new customer. Would've appreciated the staff pointing out the discount option. after complaining through their customer support, they refused to provide a refund option.

Although the staff at the shop in Westfield Stratford were helpful, turns out the perfume is not very long lasting. I bought the Arabian desert perfume, after smelling it in the shop, however, I’ve come home and sprayed it, and it didn’t last any more than two or three hours. For a luxury brand this is shocking. Looks like that’s £78 down the drain. Would stay away from this company. They tried to tell me on the phone that I should be using some oil before I spray the perfume as I might have dry skin, which is incorrect.

I bought the wrong perfume and wanted to exchange it. It was unopened and all in its original packaging. I wrote many polite emails - their answers were spectacularly unhelpful and in the end they stopped replying. We have been customers in the past but now will definitely not be returning. Shameful customer service policy. Rudeness in not replying. Please dont use this company in.case you have a similar experience.

Beautiful perfumes as always. Received one bottle with a broken lid..Seller was prompt in replying to my query. Arranged a courier collection of the perfume and sent a replacement within 2 days of them collecting the faulty bottle. Very happy with the service.

Terrible experience waste of money pls don’t purchase!
Bought a £250 bottle perfume only for the spray top of the bottle to fall off everytime I wanted to use it, excessive perfume comes out of it
Went to the store 2 times no help from staff they are totally clueless , no one authorised to do an exchange
Contacted customer services direct no reply!? This is soo terrible no communication whatsoever , all I wanted was an exchange didn’t even ask for a refund and I think for the price tag must have better customer care!
So So DISSAPOINTED! Never again! In the meantime will try and do a charge back with the back maybe that way will get an answer 😏

My first buy from Arabian Oud was from their Istanbul store, I went in with my wife to fund my signature fragrance, I wanted a Oud, musk intense projection long lasting so very quickly I was presented with Tinder Musk, .. and immediately loved this luxurious fragrance, I was done and my wife chose Majesty in an incredible bottle again it was a unisex fragrance lots of Oud and was absolutely incredible smell.
So fast forward in Life ndin.i purchased 2 more again I purchased another Tinder Musk and Arabian Knight fragrance. I tried many more but came back to my original favourite.. I recently used it in Sweden and I absolutely got swamped by beautiful young ladies wanting to talk to me they immediately asked what is the fragrance you use it smells incredible I told them in Arabian Oud so the next 4 hrs I went to an open air party and had an incredible evening with 6 stunning Swedish beauties and after we all went to a restaurant I now have 6 beautiful girl friends who love hanging out on the weekends with me .. Arabian Oud has turned me into a magnet give me a hug .. sure.. go try Tinder Musk from Arabian Oud and get heaps of compliments.. 👍👍👍😆🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪😍😍😍

I went to recieve a sample in London(Westfield) of new perfume Elle and my coupon number didn’t work .Also for a moment I just thought they don’t want to give me anything for free. But In order to for me to actually understand if this perfume suits me ,I would like to try it out .
Very disappointed

Initially went in there searching for something for my fathers birthday the next day, staff were very helpful and welcoming. When I found the scent I knew was right for him, I went to pay and they accidentally refunded instead of charged me the price of the oud, I understand accidents happen. So then I paid the price again and would get the refund in 2 days. It then took them multiple phone calls and a lot of waiting (approximately 10-15 minutes) for them to figure out how to work the machine. All of this wouldn’t have been so bad, however upon leaving, my box is in absolutely shocking condition for the price I paid for the oud. There are scratches and dents all over the box and I am now meant to gift this to someone. I think this is astonishing service considering there were (although minor) inconveniences. Other people will pay the same price for oud and receive it in a terrible condition.

Arabian Oud offers quick delivery and a well-designed website, but my experience was mixed. Some fragrances lacked lasting quality, and I had issues with refunds and customer service. While the brand has positive aspects, I expected more consistency. Overall, it's an average experience that didn’t fully meet my expectations.

Bottle arrived half empty and leaking everywhere. If I receive a fair resolution I will delete this. Very upsetting!

Help,my order is either lost by DHL or they never got it ,either way ,cannot phone Arabian Oud,not responding to emails ,lot of money taken from me and other reviews not giving me much hope .

I have been a customer for many year and I have bought multiple perfumes from this brand over the years for personal use but also for presents. My favourite perfume is Solid which I probably have for the last 10 years. Last time I have bought 2 of these perfumes and around a month ago I opened the second one and saw it was defective and shared a picture straight away with their customer service. A few days later during a flight half of the perfume leaked and shared another picture with customer services.

They basically didn’t want to do anything because I didn’t have the receipt. I explained because I bought two of these perfumes a while ago I don’t have the receipt. I also said this is an exclusive product that can be bought only in their stores so there is no way I would have bought is from anywhere else. So basically after I have spent thousands of pounds buying their products the only time I referred to them for a defective product the didn’t care at all.

For these reasons I am giving them 2 starts because it’s not any about selling something is about caring about your customers. And the second reason is that if you are selling a product at a premium price you need to make sure the quality is premium too. Very disappointed by their response and I will stop buying from them as they have ruined it completely for me as a customer.

At Christmas my favorite perfume Sultani was on sale for 150 pounds for 200 ml.
I ordered it online and even recommended it to my friends.
However, I was very disappointed.
Since I have used this perfume before, I would say that it lasts on my clothes and body for at least a day or two... unfortunately, the one I ordered lasts exactly 10 minutes.
