I ordered three kits, one came inclomplete and with wrong perfumes, no email was sent to advise of any change or issue beforehand. I tried contacting them via email, whatsapp and facebook, but so far received no reply. Disappointing.

Fast delivery and great packaging

However, my last order only took 2 days to arrive, and I was wowed by packaging - even though it was just some samples, they were still packaged with care. Looking forward to buying a full bottle at some point.

Arada is great!
The order came in time and they were packed with care.I ordered a small version of Dulce fundementum ( nice sweet scent) and got the discovery kit from Andrea Rada. The perfumes are beautiful. They also gave me a few free samples so i got to try out the whole line. Fell in love with Garnet power ❤ Great site!

Experience started on the low as the delivery service UPS delivered my package to a wrong address, but as soon I left the customer service know they immediately solved the problem and I received the perfume before my wife birthday which was few days away. I can't thank Roxana to whom I spoke on the phone, she was amazing, proactive and sorted the issue straight away. Just because of customer service like that I will keep ordering from them.
