I've found stock of a very rare plant (philodendron pink princess), very healthy and at great cost/quality ratio. The plant was carefully packaged and arrived promptly and without any harm. Happy with the service!

Araflora stole my money when they didn't send a phytosanitary Certificate. My plants never arrived because they were siezed by customs. So cheap, they didn't cert. And they didn't refund my money. Mail fraud, will call visa today. Postal inspector left paperwork in the box they opened. Not my fault they cheated my order. David Brown

I have been buying plants from this shop since I first discovered them early last year, great variety of plants from rare and most common ones and way more affordable than other plant shops out there,I feel well looked after as a buyer I can reach out to them anytime about anything and they right away correct things, also love the little free extra plant they throw in for every order. quick delivery, plants are of great quality and well packed. I have nearly 500 indoor plants in my collection and most of them are from Araflora.thanks Araflora.

Great service and the plants that arrived was over expectations!

Okay so, honestly... I think Araflora is very hit and miss. I placed an order on the 9th of August, I patiently awaited an email saying my order was dispached.
I waited two weeks and didn't hear anything, so I sent an email to them. I did get a prompt reply saying that the shipment of one of the plants I ordered didn't aclimatise well so it was unavailable. I had the offer to replace it with a cutting of another plant. So I agreed and my package was sent a couple of days later.
I waited 7 days for my parcel to come into the UK... Parcelforce was supposed to deliver it. They apparently "attempted" to deliver it to me twice on the 2nd of September, no surprise they didn't ring my doorbell at all and my plants ended up at a local post office. Fine. I went to pick them up and unpacked them right away, worrying that they would be completely dead.

To my surprise they were packaged extremely well and there was no signs of damage or rot. I ended up extremely happy because the "cutting" of a plant I expected to get was actually a whole plant, and a plant sold on Araflora for €90 at that. But I do think it really depended on the type of plants I ordered, they just happened to be hardier than your usual Philodendron melanochrysum or clarinervium etc.

I do wonder if I hadn't have emailed Araflora if they actually would have sent my package to me at all. Gert was nice when emailing, no complaints there. I do feel a little hesitant to risk spending a lot of money on this store but I do think I would purchase again.

Always make sure it's on Credit Card

This shop has a great selection of hard to find plants with very reasonable prices. I ordered four plants and received a free plant too which was a nice touch.

However, I did have to wait a month for delivery. Given the pandemic I can understand delays, but the problem was a lack of communication. For two weeks I did not hear anything and following an email it took another two weeks for delivery. There was clearly an error somewhere and had I not reached out I'm sure my order would have been missed. When you pay €25 for shipping (not the €15 as advertised on the website) I think it's reasonable to expect a prompter service.

That said the plants arrived and are clearly healthy and well looked after. They were a little beaten up in shipping which is to be expected but I felt the plants could have been secured a bit better inside the package.

Overall would recommend the shop for selection/prices, but shipping/communication could be improved.

It’s bad so bad I ordered some plants but never come it’s going 5 months and never answer I lost 97 $

I ordered a carnivorous plant to England and it arrived quickly and in great condition, larger than expected and very healthy. I also got another one as a free gift! Great service, highly recommend.

I bought 3 different carnivarnious plants, there was a bit of a delivery delay and they gave me one bonus plant for free!

Plants were very good packed and looking very healthy. Cummunication with the seller is very good. Im gonna buy more plants for sure!

I’ve ordered a few times and plants arrive fine and well packaged. Had an issue with Hermes (no fault of Araflora) and was impressed by their speedy response and resolution even over the weekend
