Unfortunately it is not me who went with Aramex but the company that I bought a product from. The company is awful to negotiate around if you’re trying to email for information. They emailed me that my parcel had been delivered yet they gave me no proof of delivery. When I tried to email them, I wasn’t able to put my address in. My gut feeling is they don’t deliver so leave it at a designated spot. The only way I found out where it was was giving the 1300 number a call. They are in Port Melbourne. Of course they’re able to tell me where it has been left because that is their modus operandi. Not delivery. The 1 star is for the bloke who helped me locate it.

I have been unfortunate enough to have had to receive parcels through Aramex for well over five years now and they would have to be the most incompetent company i have ever dealt with. Not a single transaction in that time has gone smoothly without a problem. Way too many problems with them to list. The most problematic being their lack of communication and delayed deliveries. NEVER NEVER NEVER use Aramex if you have a choice. Australia Post are champions compared to Aramex.

Online tracking doesn't work
Contact Centre will never pick-up the phone.
How come this company is still operating ?
It deserves less than 1 star.

Had a delivery sitting for collection for over a week with 4 x re-bookings and still a no show. I live in the heart of the City so no excuses.

Dissapointed.Ordered from Temu on 26 March. Only received 1 delivery update on 30 March and still waiting for a current update. Every time I call, someone reads off a script and just tells me to keep an eye on my text messages and email. No replies when I created a ticket, no response at all. I thought Australia Post was bad but Aramex excels in being the worst delivery courier company Iv ever had to deal with.

I received a two day delay notification with no explanation and then I receive a message from Bunnings and Aramex that my delivery will be today. It is 6:13pm and still NOTHING!!! Nobody from their friendly customer care team responds…
I have read other reviews about Aramex and mostly complaints, why does BUNNINGS continue to use their poor services???

Tracking has shown that my two parcels arrived at Aramex Perth depot three days ago. So far they have not moved. That's longer than the time it's taken for them to come from over east.

Aramex - I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received. There has been no follow-up on my request, and my emails have gone unanswered. Additionally, I have been unable to reach your customer service team via the landline, which has made it extremely difficult to resolve my issue. I request your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt response.

By far the worse courier service I have had the displeasure to use. Deliver Attempts are not actually attempted, security camera footage proves that.
Delivering to HUBs over 10km away is not acceptable, multiple complaints result in another purported delivery attempt - same result unsurprisingly. then delivered to a HUB over 50km away.
Multiple complaints with no email / phone response. When there is a response, its just to state that a re-delivery will be scheduled - which results in the same delivery attempt issue. No acknowledgement of issue or that any complaints are being reviewed.

Single handedly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. I contacted them 10 times via chat, WhatsApp and phone to redirect a parcel. Was advised on every occasion it had been rerouted, and surprise surprise, it still turned up at the wrong address.
How are you guys still in business. Trash

I have been a long term customer of a particular Pet bussiness, which has stores and an online store. I have been to multiple stores but predominatley use the online store set to auto order. In the last 2 year I have noticed packaged from this company ( and other companies which use aramex) are consistently late, often damaged, the packaging ( boxes especially) is so damaged items are missing. The customer service of all the companies I order from has been fantastic, the regular company especially has been wonderful. I have raised on several occassions how poor the amarex service is with this Pet company and highlighted the need to change- Despite their best efforts I am changing to a compeditor which costs more but uses a better currier service, knowing things will arrive on time, and undamaged.

I will never buy from any online stores that use this useless delivery company
They need to educate and train their non English speaking couriers better!

I was home, my screen door was open but locked. I answered the door after hearing the doorbell and the delivery driver simply threw my parcels on the ground in front of my door, whilst I was there. Utter rudeness and unprofessionalism. I'm glad I don't personally use this service, it was organised through ebay and I would NEVER recommend them 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

1st time: Had a sensitive parcel being delivered to my townhouse by Aramex, 1 meter in an open with 60 letter boxes in a complex were they put junk mail, this area is public domain, then again the 2nd time (I have photos but mine are zoomed out not like your deceptive photo) that give false delivery messeges on time stamps. I rang them and got a person that was a call center overseas - I asked her if I can speak to her manager - she replied its not possible, then I asked who dose she work for, she said she cannot answer? I tried looking for my parcel to find were it was on lookup my parcel - had to make an account, tried my PC and was forced to make another account both times it says email is unrecognisable... so I could not look up my con number. **Theres no need for Apologies** I already lodged a form to the Fair Trading and luckly you answered my email and gave more evidence with 2 photos with missing time-stamps ready for Fair Trading.
Aramex could of avoided all this drama by placing that large parcel at my door like all other corriers do (6 to count them all), instead they put it next to the road in the open 2 times.
I would have let this slip and not worried about it, but they continue to place large parcels in public areas. And then email me says they have the right to put it there because it didnt need a signiture.
Now you have strike 3, not only are you by law required to put it in a safe place - your time stamps are fraudulent and you have the right to say your in the right. I want a full formal apology and a permanent requirement for parcels at my door. and I will never get this until I flag you at Fair Trading. then when it happens again it will be the same deal, but much more easier. BTW - I don't except your apology at all. Want to know something else, I am the owner of a 3D Studio company and will deny companies that use your service (including your sutser companies) and refuse to use your couriers now.

If I could give them -1 stars, it will still not reflect how ridiculously BAD their service is...to say that their tracking system is unreliable it's an understatement... They show the parcel as delivered, (doesn't matter that you were home all day that day and nobody showed up) and when you attempt to process a re-delivery, the system gives you an error claiming the package hasn't been attempted to be delivered yet... You contact costumer service and they are morons...I wonder if they are a bunch of morons, that either do not have common sense or that they really do not care.... Funny thing, I never choose Aramex, the few times I had to deal with them...always a painful experience, they are the sender's choice... hoping companies realise that they lose business by partnering with them.... Ohhhh and also, I just remembered, first hand experience, they also break the goods I received once... They truly are the worst... senders, please stop using their (lack of) services

Any organization that uses Aramex to deliver their products to customers should be aware they are risking their business.
Aramex is unreliabe and uncommunicative, and apprentle has no interest in customer service.

Hello friends, here we meet again for another “Complaining about Aramex” season 3 chapter 1.
You can check the previous episode of my complaints (2023 -parcel delay on nom-festive season, and 2025 (about a package with the size of a car seat “lost” in the Adelaide Depot).
Well, as twice it’s not enough, here we are for another complaint. Parcel ordered 2 weeks ago, coming from China. So far, okay. Arrived in Adelaide 2 days ago and yesterday was out for Delivery . So far okay. Later on, I got a notification saying that the driver was unable to deliver and if I wanted it to be re-delivered I was supposed to pay AU$5.50. Okay not a problem, however, 1- I WAS AT HOME, 2- I HAVE CAMERAS AROUND, and unless the delivery guys was wearing the invisible cape from Harry Potter, I didn’t see him or his van/car whatever, 3-IT WASN’T MY FAULT, so why should I pay?
Yep I know, unbelievable right?
Now, did U guys ever hear about ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission), or Fair Trading, or Civil Administrative tribunal? Yep, they’re someone that can stand for Us and if investigated, Aramex could be penalised.
Have a think about it.
About my parcel, Yep I called Aramex and it was said that they’ll check on it. Maybe will arrive by next month, if not, once again, I’ll get my refund from sender anyway and Aramex will need to sort it out with them. Honestly, Aramex just can’t bother to do a good job.

Absolutely terrible
Honestly my parcel has been delayed 5 times and they want to charge a redeliver attempt.
It's extortion.
Scum behaviour.

Again a joke. Shipment sitting in Perth warehouse for 12 days. Advised scanned 5 days ago. Now waiting for next cycle. Will be over 2 weeks sitting in Perth warehouse before I receive if at all. AVOID.

I placed my orders weeks ago through Big W website. The only thing this company had to do is deliver my item to my address. They proclaim my item was delivered and signed for, which was not true. I went to their facility in Chullora and was told the driver was on the was to make the delivery now but they were not able to give me the exact time. When I pressed for evidence they sent me a picture of the wrong address. Then they proceed to tell me the issue will be resolved in 24-48 hours. Then silence. In the mean time I'm forced to contact them every 48hrs to check on the progress. I get the same response, we'll get back to you in 24-48hrs and then silence. This has been going on for weeks. When you confront them with the fact the loss of your item is almost criminally suspicious, they'll tell you they are not even able to identify or track down their own driver. I believe there are thousands of people being robbed of their items by this delivery company and this has to be discussed publicly.
