I am avoiding them because I am afraid to be scammed
I landed on their web site via a link. They showed a First Class return price from Singapore to Paris for 2056USD, 3 more for 2168USD and lower. I asked for a quote and got one in Business Class (not first) that was 30% more costly and routed me through Baghdad Airport. Total trip lasted 80 hours outbound and another 80 hours inbound with another routing via Baghdad Airport. They quoted me something no one would ever buy. A normal trip with any of the middle eastern airlines, Qatar, Emirates or Etihad would last 18 hours. Next, 1 hour later they changed their First class prices for Singapore Paris on their web site from 2056USD to 29,498USD (1,304% increase). The price mentions Singapore Airlines but SQ has no First Class service to Paris. I am still wondering if they are trying to provoke me, upset me or both. Doing some research, I discovered that Ethiad flies for 6000$ and Emirates flies for 9500$ First class between Asia and Europe.

Based on your reply I have forwarded the complete email exchange between your team and myself (10 mails) This documents and proves in detail all allegations I made in this review. I would very much appreciate a detailed answer explaining the shortcomings, mistakes, errors and what I call provocations (unnecessary Baghdad Airport 24 hours transit in both directions) within a 82 hours itinerary in both directions. Respectfully.

I am normally a DIY booking traveler
I am normally a DIY traveler, make my own arrangements. Doing a LA to Barcelona and Mallorca trip, I was getting frustrated with the few options and realization there was no nonstop. On a lark, I saw the ad and decided to give AranGrant a try. The travel agent, Travis, knew immediately what I wanted and suggested times that were ideal. Go for it I said. He offered to call me back while he arranged everything, saving me a lot of hold time.
My credit card had recently been hacked and I had a new card. Travis also very patiently helped me through several iterations of getting the card declined before it finally went through correctly.
Travis has now also helped me on business travel to Croatia, Portugal, and will soon help me on a Canada trip
