So far my experience has been entirely negative. I have paid for airline tickets and have received a receipt for the payment but no tickets have been received. I wasted several hours trying to contact them but couldn’t get past their chat bot. I now believe that I have been scammed.

Upon review, we confirmed that our service agent, had communicated with you regarding the use of the ID number (which appears as a passport number) for logging into the airline’s website. This was required because, on China Eastern Airlines’ “Manage Booking” page, in addition to your surname, given names, flight number, and ticket number, the system also requests an ID number to retrieve the booking.

However, despite these efforts, we understand you were still unable to access your reservation through “Manage Booking.” The reason is that this option is only supported for reservations booked directly on the airline’s website.

To ensure you could still manage your seating, our service team found an alternative method by using the “Seat Selection & Check‑in” option on the airline’s website. Through this, our service agent was able to successfully assist you with your seat assignments without requiring the ID number.

We are glad that your seating was resolved, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.

Reservation change

I contacted the company about the possibility of changing the outbound flight of my reservation and was told there would be a $350 per ticket charge from them. I am appalled and want others to know about this rip off. And, they told me the cost of the new flight and it was so high that we decided that it could not be right. So we went back to them and asked again and then we were told it was impossible I to change as the airline would not allow it.

After purchasing my tickets with Arangrant

After purchasing my tickets with "Roxanne", I could not get her for Customer Service as she claimed she did not get the credit for my booking. Then, after buying their "Flex Tickets" (having clearly explained I did not have an exact return date and being told this extra charge would cover that) I was charged an ADDITIONAL $1990 when I changed the date (within the time frame allowed at that) and I was told the Flex ticket only covers their fees! I kept getting bounced around and am out almost $3000 between the Flex Ticket cost and using it (in addition to the cost of the tickets!). NEVER AGAIN will I use these people! And I found later that could have purchased directly from the airline for what I ended up paying. Lastly, the "business class" flights were on old Lufthansa planes with poor service and no privacy (I would never have booked on one of those)

Costly incompetence + no accountability

Aran Grant botched a multi-city booking (4 LA→Punta Arenas, 3 Peru→Punta Arenas, 1 LA→Peru) despite one clear requirement: everyone must arrive in Punta Arenas the same day. They still booked part of our LA group for the next day, which blew up tours and reservations.
This wasn’t an isolated mistake—I caught 6–7 errors along the way (wrong traveler count, wrong times, wrong dates, wrong locations). When I missed catching one before payment, I got stuck paying $1,700 in change fees to fix their mistake because our hotels were already booked.
Afterward, the investigation team “investigated” and did nothing. My rep was pushy with “urgent” sales emails and repeatedly didn’t understand straightforward English instructions.

Avoid if you want accuracy, professionalism, or accountability.
