The quality of the items is very high…
The quality of the items is very high but the choice is lacking. The customer service was very helpful.
I have had quite a few items from them recently and they all look really good and serve their purpose.

Ordered on the 4th inst, paid for urgent delivery, dispatched on the 5th for Next day delivery.
Did NOT receive until the 9th.
I would suggest you change your delivery company, DPD are useless and so unreliable.
I now get scams from them

Lovely scarf and now have matching mittens
I had a scarf for Christmas and wanted gloves/mittens to match. Had looked on the website and nothing appeared to be the same colour. Telephoned and a very helpful man said he didn't think anything matching was in stock and suggested I email which I did. Then got a call from him to say the item I wanted was in stock and as a result of my email got a discount voucher, so win win. Item arrived today thank you.
