Arbitrage—markets.com scammers…

I got a cold call from a British number, stating I had a dormant investment of €3500 in arbitrage markets that I opened 5 years ago. I asked him to email me the details, he knew my email address. I never heard of the company before and certainly did not invest with them. The email is below.
“Hello,
I am sending you email regarding the situation I already explained over the phone, your account is currently inactive, and has available balance on it.

Balance: 3550,00 GBP

We are obligated to inform you because by the law we are obligated to recover all accounts with balance over 250,00 GBP

You can still withdraw or reinvest. If no actions taken by you, we are going to terminate the account.

The process of reinvesting requires us to reactivate your account, before reactivation we have to connect through our customer support software called AWESUN, after all necessary verifications we can just send you your new login details and we will assign you a personal Financial Advisor. Withdrawal process is the same, but if you don't have a crypto wallet we have to set one up for you.”
AWESUN is a software that can be remotely used by anyone from another computer to access your devices, you will be downloading from their link so they will have access to your password and thus to your computer and everything on it. You have just been scammed and your accounts emptied.

I have no history with this company

I have no history with this company, out of the blue they contact me by phone claiming I have money owed to me from an investment that I never made. They want visual access to my bank account. They utilize high pressure tactics to accept their claim that they owe you money. Red flags should be ringing alarm bells that they are scamers.

Clone of a genuine FCA-registered company, Arbitrage Capital Limited. This website here is a clone, unauthorized scam website. They cold call UK customers from Canada telephone numbers, and e-mail from arbitrage-markets.com domain as well.
Do not engage with them, they will offer "withdrawal" of balance you never had with them.
