The prices are pretty good and…

The prices are pretty good and hopefully everything goes as planned. I did have trouble trying to talk to a real person to confirm that the product is in stock and the correct flooring. The phone number just takes you to a AI that ends up hanging up on you. Real people are needed to run a buisness properly. I guess I'll know if it's the correct flooring when it arrives. 1300$ gamble i guess. Work on your customer service.

No company service

I placed an order for Dewalt walking weed eater for $320 w/shipping. Order was acknowledged upon approval (whatever that meant) and i would receive notice of shipping. 3 weeks later, I still have no notice of shipping AND no response to my two requests for order status. I called to cancel the order and they won't even talk to you if the order isn't over $1000. Never again.
Update: Two weeks after I canceled the order I finally received an acknowledgement that the order was canceled.

So far so good

I just ordered item. I haven’t received it yet but ordering process was easy and price was way below price anywhere else. So far so good.
