Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 52 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers reported receiving non-working or old-fashioned products that did not function as advertised, such as 4G routers that wouldn't turn on or devices that required SIM cards despite being marketed as not needing one. People frequently found the website to be problematic, with issues like tracking numbers not being recognized or the site itself being difficult to access or non-existent. Reviewers also expressed dissatisfaction with the company's presence on social media platforms, noting that advertisements on YouTube and other sites often contained misleading information and promoted products that did not meet expectations. While some customers mentioned that their orders eventually arrived, many found the products to be of poor quality or completely different from what was advertised, leading to frustration and attempts to get refunds. The pricing of certain items, such as a 32TB external hard drive for $45, was also a point of contention, with many realizing these deals were too good to be true.

Unlimited internet scam

Unlimited internet scam. 4g hot spot worth maybe $10. Claims it works without a SIM card. Pure bullshit. This person selling these is an unscrupulous piece of lying shit and needs a visit from the local PD. I thought FB was full of scams. Youtube is just as bad. I emailed the service account but expect I will never get a reply.

Just an old fashioned scam. Advertise a SIM free Life time free Global 4K internet - No monthly fees. End up receiving a non working, old fashioned 4G router that does not even turn on. I requested to return it and was only offered a 20% discount, then a 30% discount. Items are not fit purpose and not as advertised. I got my credit card Company to dispute the charge and had it refunded.

It is a pure fraud and does not come close to living up to the claim of
"One-Time Purchase for Lifetime Free Global 4K Internet — No SIM, No Monthly Fees, No Signal Dead Zones!"

I wholeheartedly trusted that YouTube…

I wholeheartedly trusted that YouTube would be wise enough to not let these people showing up what they can do to deceive the public in the US. I opened a page just to get some information about a product name Drivse that was being advertise. I started filling out the order form than change my mind when a feeling hited me that it was not a good idea. And that is all it toke to get my information and started delivering products to me. When I received the first shipment, I said to myself (i did not complete and send the order, why am i receiving this?) But I did not take a step furthe to find out, meanwhile my HSA account was being charge every month before I realized 4 months later what was going on. When I went back to their ad I could not find anyway to contact them. The actually have a web site, when I went on there there is only a form to fill out in order to communicate with them. Sent a message and a reply came asking for the last shipment to be sent back and that is the only refund I am eligible for. Now the worst par is, when I asked for return shipping address I was sent an address from china and told that a 20% handling charge will be kept from the refund and will not send the remaining balance till the receive the merchandise in their hand. I was promise not to get charge any longer, not sure I believe it till I see it though.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I excitedly ordered the unlimited internet wifi unit for $49.99. It took 4 weeks to receive it. The unit did not have a SIM Card and did not turn on. I have sent several notices on their website and no response. I have googled them and 90% of the reviews said that they have also been SCAMMED. Please spread the word. Cancel your subscription subscription so you don't get scammed. The company is based out of China and I couldn't even contact there office in China. Arborahaven is a complete SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Azure Batana Oil

I ordered a supposedly product called azure batana oil. The product was shipped from a William Madison 5031 Walton Ave, Philadelphia, PA. This appears to be a residential home address. The product itself does not show a distributing or manufacturer's address. I am afraid to use the product. People we have got to wake up and be cautious of where and who we are purchasing products. I will most definitely do my homework moving forward.

I didn't order this foolish scam.
It is clearly marketed for folks that either can't read or don't do research.
YouTube should be ashamed and apologize to the followers out there.

Didn’t even turn on…none, ordered 3!!

I ordered three of these. Not one of them worked. Took me about four weeks to get them… Almost forgot I had ordered them. Not one of them worked, I think this might be one of those sell as many as you can and hope that some people won’t try and get a refund. I was excited about these when I ordered them.

Fingers crossed.....

So far, I can only try to be optimistic in giving them 2 stars... I placed an order last week then a couple of days pass & I got an email confirming that the order had been shipped... That was late Friday... The shipping info stated it was sent via USPS & provided an odd looking tracking #. Saturday USPS online package tracking stated they didn't have anything with that #. Today I check again, just to be sure they've gotten the package ....website says "that doesn't look like a USPS tracking number"! My bad - someday i'm going to remember to check the reviews for the places I'm ordering from & not just the product that I think i'm ordering!
