Helps you waste your time without feedback)

At first glance, the platform looks good and continuously changing/improving.

But the verification process is something... strange.
So, I spent time on the first verification steps and scheduled the introduction call. The zoom call (at 9 p.m. in my timezone) was with someone bored without video and any interest in the talk, and it smells like a chat on passport control in an airport at 5 a.m. just after the airport opens.

The next day, without any emails or other notifications I found in my profile that I "didn't pass" without description of why and what I can improve. Also, there is a stuck notification in the notification center that can't be open. In another ~36 hours, I got an email with the same message and no feedback

They allow you to retry the process in 6 months when you improve yourself but don't say what you should improve :)

Update after a year and a half: Arc still says that I didn't pass and need to try again later :D Nice way to handle reviews.

Excellent service. This is the place where you would truly appreciate it. I have worked with arc for their client and interviewed for their client. Throughout the process, the arc recruiter keeps communicated with me. Understand my situation and help me. They were ready to hear my feedback and not being a pushy recruiter who just cares about placing a candidate to their client. Her motive is to find the place which I like the most. Not many companies do that.
