Deducting money from account after cancellation
They are still deducting money from my account every month eventhough it is 3 months since I cancled my membership. Carefully check your account statements!

Really poor by Crossfit standards
Really poor by Crossfit standards. Instructors are not very good at giving instructions and correcting people in their exercises. They are also the least motivated I have ever seen.
Equipment is average, and boxes lack quite a few pieces that are standard in any box. The bar racks are really bad and in some boxes are even bent.
Pricing policy is also really shaddy. And even though they have more than 20 boxes there is almost no customer service.

We're sad to hear that you are not satisfied with the instructors. We believe to have amazing instructors but of course even they can have bad days.
We encourage members and instructors to let us know about equipment that needs replacement. It's being used by a lot of people and therefore needs an update now and then.
Our customer service intend to reply everyone who wants to get in contact with them within 2-3 week days. The Covid-19 has created a lot af questions, but we do our best to keep up :-)

Company with no morals
I have done crossfit in Arca for a few years now, and it is very difficult to say much positive about this organisation. Trainers vary a lot in quality and motivation and the training gear are lacking at best.
The worst part is that this company does whatever it can to extract as much money from you as possible.
Last month they charged my 518 DKK 3 times instead of one time, and they have almost no customer service to help you. When they finally responded they said this was something that happend quite often that they can not really fix, and yet they are not information ANY of their members to be aware of this problem. Probably in hope that their members will not notice it so that they can get more money. Also this is not the first time this has occured, and i'm afraid it will not be the last either.

fraudulent behaviour
terrible organisation, poor quality compared to any foreign crossfit boxes that I've trained at, and what is even worse, disrespectful customer service - they charged me 800kr by mistake and after 10days, they haven't gotten back to me yet. It's a scam of an organisation

In customer service we always try to answer within 2-3 working days. Unfortunately, we receive a lot of inquiries sometimes, and then the response time will be a little longer. But 10 days should not pass. So if you have waited that long, we are really sorry and there must have been a technical system error.

Overall very good
Overall very good. It depends on the gym and your needs. In some (open)gyms you can't do muscle ups, wall balls or other things but the team workouts are really cool.

Zero customer service
I have never experienced such bad customer service. I am not talking about sweet people working in boxes, but about headquarter. Answering emails after 5 days is really low key for such a big company. Their IT and app sucks. I am sorry to be so direct, but nowadays you guys should invest in customer service and take of that. You saved money from affiliation to Crossfit but at least reinvest this money to good service. I am still dealing with problem of registration of my credit card in order to pay every month automatically. It’s been a month, still not solved 🤞🏼
Cleaning in boxes also can be improved.

Great training at Arca
I absolutely love training at Arca! Super sweet trainers and great programming. There are also many varied classes that are offered in a day making it easy to always squeeze in a workout :)
