Poor communication and don't follow their own refund policy.
I ordered an arcade console from Arcade Box on 30 November 2025 as a Christmas present, well within the delivery timeframe stated on their website (1–2 days processing and 5–9 business days delivery to Europe). I was also assured on 8 December that it would arrive before Christmas.
Despite this, the console did not arrive until 29 December, nearly a month later and after Christmas, which rather defeated the point of ordering it.
When it finally arrived, one of the controllers didn’t work, requiring a replacement. The company also offered compensation including a portable console, which was never sent.
I have requested a refund multiple times, which their representative confirmed was possible under their policy, yet it has still not been processed and emails are now being ignored.
Based on this experience and the lack of resolution, I would think very carefully before ordering from this company, particularly if you are relying on it arriving in time for Christmas.
