Helpful team and great products
I’ve wanted a ‘no nasties’ deodorant and shampoo for a while but I couldn’t find one that I liked until I found Arcade skincare. I really like the superfood detox shampoo bar, the brightening Tumeric cleanser and the deodorant balm! The balm has lasted so well well, definitely value for money. Mike was really helpful at finding me the products I wanted when I explained what I was after. Thanks Arcade team 👍🏾

5* Products Highly Recomment
I’ve never really used skincare apart from the odd moisturiser for my face which didn’t really work but my partner suggested arcade skincare as she loves their products. They’ve changed my mind completely after using their Hydrate and Repair as my skin has changed massively and improved. I will continue being a frequent customer and haven’t got one complain about their products or services they’re great and look forward to ordering more from them.

I am really impressed with the soap…
I am really impressed with the soap that I brought. I have really sensitive skin and I have found it really hard to find a soap that my face doesn’t react to. This had worked really well and my skin is clearer. I will definitely be continuing to use it.

Extremely stressful and frustrating…
Extremely stressful and frustrating first experience with this company!!
1. Order took a week to get here
2. Company mis-wrote my flat number
3. Delivery service didn't follow redelivery instructions
4. Till this day I have not received this order because it was delivered to the wrong address. Likely because of a combination of the companys silly mistake and royal mail not being able to read
5. Emailed the company to tell them what happened, no response.
6. Contacted them on one of their socials, still no response.
Fully lost all interest in this order now, want my money back ASAP and won't be ordering again. This is one of the reasons I hate ordering from small companies, just a headache.

Received a very rude and unprofessional response from the company. Customer service is everything especially when starting out and you will only chase people away by speaking to them like that. Good luck if you plan to continue this behaviour.

This sadly is a very real fact of customer satisfaction, not everybody will appreciate your efforts or any factors you cant control. This customer sent a very angry email @ about 9pm @night, Mike had logged on just by chance and saw the message and was mortified, he answered as soon as he read the email with just some bullet points of facts to this customers list of dissapointments.
- the customers order address was not recognised in Royal Mails postcode address search when choosing her postal address.
- Customer order was placed on 8th of July, picked up by Royal Mail on the 9th of July and delivered on 13th of July.
- Customer stated she did not want the delivery on the 13th of July and contacted Royal Mail to re arrange a delivery day, this did not happen ?
- Customer complained about our delivery charge, stated a price that was only printed on the box that was never received.
- Customer left review on trust pilot via a QR code that is on the reverse of a thank you note included in your box when you order, we do this to track where our reviews are obtained and if the cards are enjoyed/needed.
- Customer was refunded in full as soon as the email reply was sent as we realised we were unable to satisfy this customer in any reasonable way.
This makes us really sad as a small business, but we appreciate all reviews, not matter how unpleasent they may seem.

Although I have just recently received products,so far products are good. Prompt delivery with wee card. No complaints and my hair was so soft and should get better the more I use the shampoo bar.

This stuff is amazing!!
What can I say, my new go-to from this wonderful business is the intense hydration cream and the magnesium butter. The cream is such a lush, rich texture and you need very little, a little heavier than a day cream but sinks into my skin and Wow, what a diffrence in my skin since using it.
The magnesium butter I use every night before bed for my leg pain, I would be awake most nights before finding this gem and take soooo much pain medication, a wonder cream if I do say so.
If you're hesitant before buying, dont be, these products are amazing, I love that they are all natural and vegan too and also an independant business with great eco credentials.
Well done Arcade skincare, I am now a super fan.

Magnesium Body Butter👌🏼
Have recently got back into running. I sometimes get a build up of lactic acid /restless legs at night. The Magnesium Body Butter (scented), has made a difference . I love it . With the added Bonus of getting a better nights sleep .If I apply it just before bed . Will definitely reorder

body polish ,magnesium butter
I have used the body polish and the magnesium body butter and my skin is lovely and soft .
Also the magnesium butter helped after being on my bike .
My hair has gone a bit like wire (menopause) so the detox conditioner is restoring the softness back .
