I've been their customer for more than 3 years.
There have never been a time where the SaaS worked without any issues, bugs etc. Emails to customer support have to be sent consistently to fix basic functionalities, such as login or translations. Sometimes, a fixed bug 'comes back' after a year and the whole saga starts again. It can also take up to one or two months to fix a basic issue.
In addition, some of the bugs are said to be impossible to be fixed by their tech support while my coder fixes them in 1 day. Unfortunately, they do not provide access to the source code, otherwise my coder would have fixed everything without a need to contact them.
I like the product, their customer support team is efficient and friendly. However, I am very tired to chase them to have simple basic functionalities working. Not too much to ask.
If this approach will not change in the near future, alternatives will have to be considered due to constant waste of time, money and business opportunities when the product is not functioning as advertised. A lot of time and money were already lost causing undue stress.
However, if this approach changes, the review will be changed too and account will be upgraded to enterprise.
