Good Build team, a very amount of comissions and good clients, i just have a little inconveniences with payments because there are some delays, but the rest is a good place to find comissions.

Great experience as a freelancer! The owner works alone but he tries his best to be there for us. Really respect him for his efforts ^^

I'm a freelancer with arcane studios for 2 years now, Ali is great guy, helpful he does get me jobs now other place can, I saw other reviews criticizing Ali,I don't know but my experience been great so far.

I'm working with them rn, the automated system is okay and team overall its great!

Hey, I have been working with them as a freelancer for the past year or so and each time I withdrew my funds. They take ages to pay it eventho their tos says maximum time could be a week or two but its always around a month when I actually receive my money.

There is only one person running the business (Ali),
He has huge ego when freelancers complain too much about their delayed payments and ping him multiple times he constantly ignores them also tells people to wait for x days but when that day arrives there is no payouts he constantly makes excuses about this that and 50 different things rather then actually paying freelancers their money.

He "cares" so much about his brand reputation that he rather ban anyone and everyone who complains about genuine problem rather than to actully address it.

You can go around and ask any freelancer if they ever received their payout on time everyone will say no. You have to beg for your payment which you rightfully deserve and worked for even considering that the studio takes 15% off the amount and doesn't even provide things in time.

The worst place you can ever work for I suggest both clients and freelancers to never work for this greedy guy who only thinks of himself.

Shame on you ALI.

Constant delays with payments, I waited about 42 days to receive the full amount of my order, management split the payments, why? I don't know. Management also responds with a huge delay when I contact them directly and feeds me promises. I have never encountered such carelessness from a service team, especially when it is SO popular, and I have been freelancing for 6 years. It's just a shame, I do not recommend working with them.

Above, I talk about the order after which I left the team. The first order completed here was paid after 12 days, which was tolerable, but it was divided into two parts. In the second case, I waited 43 days to receive the entire amount in three installments.

In the freelancer chat, I saw that other people also faced delays in payments, but there were also those who said, "Write to the manager and you will get your money" (I think these people did not have problems with delayed payments). I will not refer to longer responses to my messages in private conversations because I understand that people can be busy. But as a team member, I shouldn't have to deal with unexplained delays and fragmented payments; this is Ali's responsibility as a manager. Payments should have a clear structure and schedule, and should not exceed 7 days (without a truly objective reason). I have worked with many teams and this process has been perfectly streamlined, but Arcane Studios is far from that.

The main Owner is lazy to even respond professionally.

Really good Server to work in as a freelancer but wouldn't give 5 stars tbh because the money takes a lil bit of time to be withdrawal

Horrible service, tickets are not responding, my company scammed out of good money: tried to get some logos done and sent them, deleted them right after, took our money.

Quick, Good quality, provides invoices, great work!

Overall, amazing quality. I enjoyed working with arcane so much, their have a huge variety of talented freelancers and their professionalism is top tier.
Their studio is built well with an amazing bot.
Great response time from the management and I am satisfied.
Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely terrible service.

I've never had a good time with this team. Every time a ticket is made, I'm either left in complete silence, the freelancers take approximately four decades to respond to my requests, or more recently, completely ghosted by the commissioner after I accept their deal and pay half upfront. Absolutely terrible team, with terrible management, with terrible freelancers.

Absolute waste of time, and they're becoming a bit of a joke within the MC community. Any decent server owner knows to AVOID THEM!!

However, if you're not looking to create a high-quality project and need some simple work done at basic levels of detail, I'm sure someone would help you out there.

professional experience, got what i needed with a very timely response and fast results

Freelancer that took my order is a highly skilled and very detailed worker. His insights in the products I was requesting gave me different options and possibilities to work with. In the end I received exactly what I was looking for, but way greater than I imagined beforehand.
There were some minor issues with deadlines and communication, but I gave the freelancer some advice, tips and tricks to improve on this for the future.
Which ended up giving us both some lessons and very pleasant buyer-freelancer communication in the end. Would hire again!

Amazing work, cheap prices, very flexible and was willing to change and add stuff with no extra charge. 100% recommended!
