Ordered a sweater using the sizing chart. The shirt was so little, my granddaughter wouldn’t be able to wear! Sent a email to service at Arcbala to start an easy return (per their website), and they’re trying to get me to accept $15 and keep the sweater. I will NEVER order from them again. Their website is deceptive; the products can not be in the U.S. because it takes so long to get your merchandise.

I love this dress! The garment quality is exceptional. Fabric holds its shape yet has a stretch. Who doesn't love a dress with pockets! And, did I say I also got it on sale! Sometimes you worry when you see items that are reasonably priced. I can honestly say that you will not be disappointed by the craftsmanship and the quality of the dress.

I am 5'9" tall and the length just grazes the top of my feet. I received the dress within 10 days of ordering it and will definitely be ordering quality pieces like this again!

Terrible experience, terrible clothes. Pants fit like MC hammer, and returns are offered for less than 25% of what you purchased it for.

Honestly terrible. I order a dress from this site approximately 3 months ago and have yet to receive it. I have reached out to customer service in which they provided me a tracking number (which I was already given). Reached out to them again and they said it takes “several days for tracking to update.” Again, it’s been months since I ordered this piece. Contacted customer service, again, and stated I am done waiting, as it is getting too late and will no longer need what I ordered, as I’m sure the event will happen before the dress arrives. Customer service replied, again, with “please wait patiently for tracking to update, as it may take several days.” This site is a scam with terrible customer service.

Do NOT Do Business with this company. The 4 Stars are not true and find it hard to believe a company shipping clothing that is completely different from what you ordered and advertised is getting a true rating. Trust that if it’s to good to be true! Price wise your paying for clothing that is made cheap and isn’t what it looks like in the advertisement.

This company is a sham. They are horrible. What I got was not what I ordered. I have tried to return and they are fighting my return. They first told me to keep and they would refund me $9 of my $53 order. I told them I wanted a full refund. After days of arguing they wanted me to pay to send to Dubai. I sent to the address where it came from in New Jersey and they informed me they would not refund unless it was sent to Dubai. They are HORRIBLE!!

I've ordered 4 dresses now, and I'm about to buy more. I love how these are true to size and flattering to a womanly shape.

The outfit is cute, great material and love the color. The only issue I had was shipping took longer and I had to email the company to find out the status of my order, in saying that they were prompt to get back to me with an update. Overall I held my breathe not sure what to expect - I would order from them again.

From purchasing the item, to customer service and delivery everything was brilliant!!! The dress is an absolute dream, great quality and the pictures on the website don’t do it justice, it’s even more beautiful than what you are able to see online 🙂Very pleased with the purchase, would highly recommend and I’ll defo be back ordering some more!!!!!

Thought it was the proper size and image as it looked. Learned my lesson on shopping online

V neck cardigan is nice, but not high quality, feels a little “stiff” to wear & the neck line at the back is out of shape. Buttons are plastic looking.
The Maxi dress is nice. Would have been better if it came with a belt as modelled. Doesn’t look or sit right without a belt.

Loved it. It is just how it was described.
Will for sure buy again.

I ordered the two dresses and they arrived within 2 weeks. Nice quality of clothing. The dresses are adorable. However, I have to return for larger sizes.

I love this outfit however it ran small for me. I will be exchanging for a larger size. I purchase a small exchanging for a medium.

Bought 3 pieces and they were delivered a week later. To my great disappointment, the design and cutting differ greatly from the picture posted. Besides the quality is really lo look cheap and not worthy the price at all.
