From the very first phone call to obtain a quote through to receiving my Homebuyer Report, the entire experience was seamless and genuinely impressive. The level of professionalism and care throughout stood out immediately. Communication was excellent at every stage, I was consistently kept informed, with clear updates that made the whole process feel transparent and well-managed.

The report itself was incredibly detailed, but also presented in a way that was clear, structured, and easy to understand; something that is often overlooked but makes a significant difference.

ARC Consultants were fantastic from the first phone call. Alaur is friendly, easy to talk to and really cares about his work. The price quoted for our Level 2 Homebuyers survey was really reasonable, and Alaur's manner instantly put us at ease as we knew we were in good hands.
We were able to raise any things we were particularly worried about and stay in touch with Alaur throughout.
What we did not expect was just how fantastic the survey was. The attention to detail was incredible, and Alaur spent a long time on the phone talking us through each item on the report, answering questions and giving us insight that we just could not have got elsewhere.

The process of finding a surveyor to undertake our homebuyers survey was overwhelming! Luckily we came across Alaur at ARC Consultants Ltd. Alaur's communication from the start was excellent. The survey was carried promptly and we received an immediate call following the survey with immediate feedback. The full report followed promptly within days. We highly recommend Alaur.

Alaur was very professional, and quick to respond in his replies. He was very transparent prior to instructing him advising me to research services and other quotes to compare against his services. He was very organised and fast in liaison with the vendor to complete survey. And produced an extensive report and spent quality time via phone talking me through it and best options, of how to action the changes needed. I found ARC Consultants online after extensive research for their Homebuyer (Level 2) survey, and being a first-time buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect. I am so glad I chose them. Since I had no prior knowledge of the process, their support was invaluable.
Alaur at ARC Consultant got in touch just 1 day after my initial query. He walked me through the entire process in great detail and booked me in for their earliest slot two weeks later. I really appreciated that they followed up via email to ask if I had any specific concerns about the property beforehand.
On the day of the survey, I received a phone call immediately after completion (a Teams video call was also offered). Alaur went through all my concerns and explained the findings thoroughly. Day after, I received the full report—over 100 pages including detailed images.
As a first-time buyer, I found Alaur to be incredibly supportive and patient with my lack of experience. He didn't just list problems; he talked me through the findings and even gave me pointers on how to maintain the property once I move in. I had a lot of questions, and they answered every single one.
