The recruitment process was ok, however, the company refrains from using modern types of communication like email and communicators and relies on phones.

We had a long-standing opening that Siofra and Sophie helped us to fill. They provided high quality candidates who were well-prepared. Onboarding senior roles isn't easy in the best of circumstances, so they also offered their guidance and partnership to evolve our processes, too.
