They say you can wear the shoe all day. I have been wearing them around the house as a slipper, the moment I wore them outside to go walking, they blistered the bottom of my feet. I have never had and shoe blister my feet like this. Would not recommend these

I received the wrong size flip flops, so sent a message straight away, instantly I received a response, the right size being sent out to me, and told to keep the larger size and gift them to a family member or friend.i couldn’t fault the exceptional customer care, and will continue to order my favourite flip flops .

Really wanted to love these flip flops but I just don’t. I’m usually a size 6/6.5 so I ordered 2 pairs of the size 7 as it is advised to size up.
I wouldn’t say I have wide feet and these are big length ways but I found the top of the flip flops rubbed into my foot when wearing for a long period of time. Also the arch actually made my foot hurt, it was sending a pain up my leg, and I have arched feet from being an ex dancer but these were just uncomfortable.
I was debating between croc flip flops and these and I should have gone for crocs as the shoe are extremely comfortable.

This is my 4th pair of Archies, and i ca not really fault the customer service, excellent service. My daughter brought me a pair for my birthday, but unfortunately they snapped when i slightly stretched them, got in touch with customer services, and within a week my replacement Archies arrived. Very nice people to deal with, My very first pair of black ones ive had for years, they are the most comfortable flipflops i have ever worn, easily stretch to fit you better, brilliant arch support, and the comfort is so nice, you literally dont feel you are wearing anything and the comfort lasts all day. Thankyou Archies for your 10 out of 10 service.

love my Archies. Very comfortable with solid arch support. I had a problem with my order. I ordered two pairs and only one was delivered. Reached out to customer service and they immediately fixed the issue and sent the second pair. Very much appreciated their prompt, professional attention to the matter. And will be ordering my next pair soon.

One of the most comfortable flip flops I have ever purchased. The arch support is amazing for flat feet. The support team was extremely helpful and responsive. Would purchase again!

I could rave about Archies all day!! I own 6 different pairs myself and have also bought as gifts! Having arch support in a lightweight sandal/flip flop is so valuable. I live in them spring and summer and any trips I take! I find them easy and comfortable for all-day walking, plus they are super cute! I've also had a really great experience with customer care at Archies. They are super helpful, efficient and supportive!

First of all, I love my Archies! I have several pairs already. I ordered a white and taupe pair. I received a black pair with the taupe pair. I contacted them and within 2 days they have mailed me the white pair and I get to keep the black pair! I don't have to fuss with a return. I really appreciate their quick response and more than fair conclusion!

I’m quite disappointed with the customer service I’ve received from Archie’s Footwear.

I reached out with a specific question about a return and the availability of a limited edition colour in a different size. Instead of actually addressing my question, I keep receiving the same generic response pointing me to the VIP mailing list for new product drops.

It doesn’t feel like my message is being read or considered at all. It’s just a copy-paste reply that doesn’t match what I’m asking about.

I understand they may not always have stock or guarantees on restocks, but I would expect at least a direct response to the actual question, especially when it’s about an item I’ve already purchased and returned.

Overall, this has been a frustrating experience and it doesn’t leave me confident in the level of customer support going forward.

This is my second time buying from Archies. Bought a pair of flip flops and slides but they mistakenly sent me 2 pairs of flip flops instead. When I contacted customer service about it, they immediately sent me the slides I ordered and told me I could keep the extra pair of flip flops that were sent in error. Not only they have great products but they have awesome customer service!

I just ordered two more pairs of Archie’s. I was wearing my first pair everyday and wanted more color options. I ordered one flip flip and one slide. When my order came, I got 2 pairs of flip flops. I e-mailed them and they immediately corrected the problem. Great customer service.
The arch support is surprisingly wonderful. More comfortable than my Birks or other shoes with high arches. I need good arch support due to Plantar Fasciitis.
I can’t say enough good things about these shoes! Wish I could wear them through the winter in MN.

I recently ordered a pair of sliders from Archies . Delivery was quick but unfortunately they sent flip flops instead of sliders. I reached out to their customer service and literally within five minutes they had reordered them for me and messaged to say I need not return the first pair. Outstanding customer service and I would be confident about ordering from them again.

Purchased my first pair of Archies in January while in Florida. I was so excited when I received them! Looked great, not bulky and unlike any other FF I had bought. I initially was concerned I would have to return them due to hip and knee pain after wearing... perhaps a bit too long the first few days... I suspected the arch support may be the reason for this since I don't wear orthotics so I called my chiropractor. He said to give time to adjust and I'm so happy I did. The pain went away as well as tightness in my right knee I had been experiencing during yoga (pigeon pose) for months woohoo!
I recently discovered I could order Archies in Canada and reached out to Customer Service for advice on fit. My existing pair was a bit loose/had a good amount of space at front/back and straps without stretching them. I sent photos with the flip flops on, turn around time to respond from Paul was short! He included photos of his own in the email to show how the archies should fit. I usually wear a size 7 but was advised to size down to a 6 because the fit should be "like a glove" to allow the arch support positioning in the right area of the foot. I ordered 2 more pair!!
Customer Service is exceptional with quick turn around time and friendly/professional response. Very helpful and so kind! I previously emailed to inquire about color availability and received the same quick response!
The color selection is absolutely beautiful and comfort is outstanding, I wear my archies indoors and out with jeans or dressy clothing. I highly recommend you try a pair, you will love them.
PS: they will arrive just a few days after you order.

I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars due to the customer service. I really did not like this shoe and their customer support reached out right away and took care of me.

Super cheap material its literally just foam — styrofoam feeling. rubs against my feet and hurts like no other. Super disappointed that I spent $80 on 2 pairs. And to be fair I gave them months of try. I thought, let me break them in, lets me try and get used to them… nope problems every time. My feet sweat excessively in these and not any other of my flip flips. I would reach for my havaiana’s over these any day, at least that material is stable. Only good thing about them is the color and the arch, but the cons outweighs the arch design.

My first time ordering and my package due to my error went tot he wrong address. I was unable to retrieve the shipment. I reached out to Archies. They shipped me a new pair at no cost. I have to say this was the best customer service experience i have yad with any company. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Amazing quality, GREAT arch support! I've been a fan ever since I bought my first pair! I recently ordered some archies for my kids and got the size slightly wrong. The customer support was amazing! They offered to dispatch the exchange even before receiving the returned items (we were planning to go on holiday the following week). Highly recommend!

I have reviewed my new Archie’s sliders before and given them 4* as I felt my right foot didn’t feel right and wanted the choice of a wide fit or I would have ordered a larger size.
Archie’s sent me two emails saying they were sorry I wasn’t pleased and that they could help me. The second email was requesting photos of the sliders on my feet. I did that not expecting anything but, they replied within a day and said my arch was in the correct place and wouldn’t recommend sizing upand offered ideas on stretching them, also that I had 90 days to have a full refund or a larger size which they were happy to do.
I stretched them a various times over the next few days, wore them in around the house for a week or so and took them away on holiday abroad with me (the reason I’d purchased them)
Verdict: I’m so glad I kept them; wore them down to buffet 3 times a day (we all know how many steps we do walking around the food stations), wore them around the pool areas and in the room. I chose not to wear them when we went for a walk (trainers) but I’m sure they would have been comfy. I’m wearing them around the house now on my return and they’re so comfortable. Thank you Archie’s for getting in touch and helping me, great customer service 😊

I recently purchased slides for myself and my very discerning 18 year old. First purchase for this brand so we were not sure on sizing. Unfortunately royal mail in the UK mis delivered my parcel so we did not get it. However Ian from customer services immediately got a replacement out to us. Such friendly email exchanges to sort this all out quickly. I am returning the ones for my son as his were too big. They also send sizing advice if needed was which was very helpful. Quality is superb and I am loving mine. Colours true to image online. My son is looking forward to getting his replacement ones as well. Thank you to the team at Archie’s. Brilliant customer service Ian and brilliant product. We will be back “needing” more colours
