Very responsive customer service and great exercises for exam preparation. Done all exercises more than once and got over score 180.

I earned the LEED Green Associate credential on my second try. Initially I didn’t practice much problems. The 700 practice problems with explanations helped me understand the areas I needed to work on.

The instructor doesn't even explain the content on the slides. If I have to pause every minute to understand, what's the point of having video lectures? This has been a very bad experience with the course.

The variety of the practices and ability to make subjects more clear ... it was nice & remarkable experience.

He have a clear courses, simple , focused, easy - to - grasp . Highly recommended for anyone aiming to know more about the LEED or taking the exam.

I had read some good reviews of archiroots materials and thought it would be a great option for preparing for the LEED GA and AP exams. However, I found the material to be much lower quality than I expected.
I spent nearly $400 and received practice exams that had clear typos, seemingly incorrect information when compared to what was provided on the USGBC website, extremely poorly worded and confusing questions, repeat questions within a single exam, etc.
When I reached out to support with my concerns, the responses I got showed a clear lack of concern for the quality of the product, ignoring certain questions and responding only to things they could explain away. It took days to get responses and the responses were clearly incomplete. I requested a refund, or even just a discount, which was refused.
Overall, I'm extremely disappointed not only in the product itself but also in the support I received when I brought this issue to the attention of the company.

I took the Leed online courses and it was simple and easy and straight to the point! The flashcards and practice tests will help a lot to prepare the exam. Thank you for Prof. Shadi for your effort!

The course was well-organized, and straight to the point. Now I am prepared for the exam, and looking forward to start the LEED AP BD+C.
