First off, Arch Public’s customer service is second to none. I am so happy for Directed trust company’s recommendation. Austin is the best. I am a 61 year-old union pipe fitter and not at all good with computers and his patience with me, navigating the way through Trading View and the set up was great. Now I just sit back and let Arch Public cook. Thanks Arch Public, especially Austin!

First heard about Arch Public while listening to founders Andrew and Tillman on Scott Melker’s Wolf of All Streets for a year or so. After deciding that I would rather spend more quality time with my family than researching and trading crypto, endless stress, I finally reached out to AP. I have now been a happy customer for almost a full year and couldn't be happier with the customer service and results of the algorithm. More than that, I actually got to meet in person my Rep Austin Metzger and founders Andrew and Tillman at Bitcoin Investors Week! They are a class act all around! Highly recommend them to all my friends.

I did extensive due diligence before I committed to Arch Public and they have exceeded my expectations. As an experienced crypto investor I was looking for a more disciplined way to manage volatility, rather than relying on discretionary decisions. That’s ultimately what attracted me to their algorithms. What I’ve found is a framework that takes the emotion out of trading and replaces it with a structured, rules-based process. In practice, that’s been critical in both rising and falling markets, allowing me to systematically capture moves rather than just riding them up and down.

The platform itself is only part of the value. The personal concierge support is exceptional. My relationship manager Austin Metzger has been excellent throughout - knowledgeable, responsive and willing to take the time to walk through both the setup and the thinking behind strategies. That combination of practical guidance and clear explanation adds great value.

Great customer service. Love the idea of taking the emotion out of investing. Good high quality company. Austin has been very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I hope to add some Roth Ira funds to my Arch accounts soon. Very good experience over all.

My only small gripe with the overall initial experience was the 40% sale started just after I signed up. I was given a good discount but not as much as the 40 % sale even though I specifically asked if the 40% would be available as it was on black friday.

I was looking for a better way to optimize my portfolio, and learned of Arch Public through Scott Melker.

Justin Smith brought me onto the Concierge program, helped me get all set up, and I have been up and running for about 10 months now! He and I checkin once a quarter or when needed.

I have 18%+ more crypto than I would, had I simply bought and held.

I was initially attracted to the idea of having access to investment/trading algorithms that would perform better than I could. And that part has been true. Arch Public has some really smart people, building really high-end tools.
However, that isn't the best part about Arch. Once I joined the Concierge program, I was completely impressed by the white glove service. With this level of service, I am getting tools that are tailored for my investment goals, risk tolerance and portfolio size. Furthermore, I get access to people who will spend ACTUAL time with me to figure out my investing goals and answer questions as they arise. This is particularly helpful because I am NOT a seasoned trader.

Each time I meet with Arch, I come away impressed with the customer service. They aren't just building great tools, they are building a long-term partnership with me to help me to reach my financial goals. I have been using Arch Public’s concierge service since November. Austin Metzger has provided great customer service during a difficult BTC market. He has helped me with adjusting the Algo’s associated with my account. We recently made a change that decreased my average acquisition price by 5.7%. And the longer BTC stays in a range, the lower my average acquisition price will be. Arch Public’s algorithms provide a way to take advantage of volatility, even low volatility. As a long term strategy, I believe I will be more profitable than buy and hold. I highly recommend their services.

What made my experience great? Honestly, the reliability. Nine months in, Arch Public hasn't dropped a single task—whether it's chart set up, changes to the algo to meet my needs, or just keeping my trading view charts synced. The interface is simple and clean, no fluff. They do well on transparency too—nothing hidden and the exchanges they use show real-time yields and fees upfront, so I never feel blindsided. Support's quick when I need it, but the best part? It just works. No drama, no hype. Other than that—solid. Keep it up. I like that they are continuing to add more exchanges and thus more products that I can trade if desired. Arch Public and the team never disapoint, and great guys from top to bottom as well. Huge fan! Worth every penny paid for the concierge program. I did try the free version first. I'd recommend that.

Only about a month in to the experience but am pleased so far with the company. The staff regularly communicate with you and help you walk through the process of setting things up. The aglos seem to be working and do a nice job finding near the bottom of most dips. They mentioned they are bringing on additional education tools to their website which I'm looking forward to.

Austin and the entire team at Arch Public that I’ve had the chance to work with have been extremely professional and a true pleasure to work with.

Arch Public team is high knowledge and conviction support with direct and contrite instructions on how to effectively utilize algo tool. Austin, whom I work with on a regular basis, requests consistent dialogue to ensure highest customer satisfaction obtained possible. Although I haven’t seen the results I envisioned yet, I find myself more so at fault than Arch Public or their concierge program. Still would highly recommend them to anyone looking to take the next step in their investment within the crypto industry.

From the marketing team to the on boarding and the Support team I have had a very excellent experience. Austin M. Has been a complete joy to work with. Very patient with my questions and my personality on needing to know how things work. And why.
Now for their algorithm, it has been working as build. I am very happy and have been slowly moving more money into my accounts and seeing the results that I expect. Especially at this time of acquiring assets while we’re at a 50% discount on Bitcoin Ethereum, Solana, etc..

Ive only recently started to work with ArchPublic. But so far, I'd say that if you want to deal with a company that ACTUALLY cares about you as a human being instead of just another number these guys get 10 out of 10!
It's still too early to tell if I'm actually earning. But things are really looking good OK trust pilot? Let's say 5 out of 5.
