This company are fantastic

This company are a pleasure to deal with. They installed our system in November 2022 and we were so happy with their service and product, we extended our system in February 2023. On the odd occasion that I've had a problem with the system, they are easy to get hold of and have always fixed the issue. I would highly recommend them

Fantastic friendly service

I was due to have an EV charger installed as part of my car purchase, but when the installers checked my property, they found there was no earth bonding on the water and gas pipes. They couldn’t go ahead with the installation until it was corrected.

Arc Line Design confirmed that this was absolutely the right call and explained why the bonding was necessary for safety. Even though they wouldn't be installing the EV charger themselves, they were more than happy to step in and help.

What really impressed me was how they avoided running a green and yellow cable around the outside of the house or lifting up our newly laid carpet. Instead, they were able to use the existing gas meter pipework and carry out the bonding neatly and properly, testing everything to make sure it was spot on.

Really knowledgeable, honest and helpful throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them
