The appointment was easy to make. Shelley was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient (many selections to choose from). We appreciated her feedback and guidance.

What a lovely company. I was privileged to work with the designers (Maudie & KK) who went above and beyond to listen to my needs and help me brainstorm choices for my entire project. They, along with the whole team, are professional, experienced, intelligent, and kind. It was a pleasure working with this company and I will come back to them for future projects.

Indira was very pleasant and showed me the piece of granite that I have picked for my kitchen. It’s great to see the whole slab it was easier to secure my decision. She gave me a sample and we have decided this is what we want. Thank you for letting me view your product. It helped a lot !

Very friendly and helpful staff. We traveled 2 hours to get to the showroom and we were welcomed with coffee, snacks and treats for our dog. Made suggestions that fit our budget.

Great visit to the showroom and warehouse. Sage was fantastic, she knows the product and can offer insights into selections and decisions. Viewing the full slab is extremely helpful and would suggest doing so before making a decision. Very pleasant experience overall.

Really liked this showroom. The woman who helped us (Diane) was knowledgeable and friendly. Selection of stone was amazing. Very impressed.

The staff is very helpful. Will take you to the location of the large slab one wants to see. Explains the pricing ladder and indicates that it is important to ask availability early when making a choice.

Your show room is appealing and welcoming. The numbers and alphabets in the stock room are most helpful to compare slabs. A few areas needed more light. Impressive is that you have cabinet and room color samples. The work sheets were most helpful.
No other location offered these services. Best of all was Volanda's welcoming and outgoing personality. She is knowledgeable, patient and answered all our questions. I told my friend about my positive experience at Architectural Surfaces.

Caitlyn was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The samples in the showroom were great and it was nice to be able to see full sheets of granite in the outside display. All very well organized.

The checkin, sample selection and warehouse walkthrough process was much more organized and easier to navigate than other surface companies. Showroom was spacious along with the warehouse to view the slabs, which helped to see the product! Jack was also very helpful and polite.

Everything was so organized. A great system. But a great system is worthless without the right staff to implement it. And you have an amazing staff also. Thank you for a great experience! Oh, I almost forgot. You have great treats and snacks also!
