The showroom was large and the displays did a great job of showing the stone and quartz used on counters and floors. What was most helpful was being able to look at the quartz in large formats in the warehouse. It helped us decide which quartz to select for our bathroom remodel. Also, the gentleman was very informative. We loved the "honed" quartz but were afraid of using it instead of the "polished" version. He alleviated any concerns we had.

My visit to Architectural Surfaces was fantastic. Jack took the time to show me around and shared a wealth of information about quartz and natural stone. It's worth taking the time to visit here, the staff is patient and friendly.

Our sales person was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She even had the warehouse workers move granite slabs so we could choose our pieces. Wonderful experience.

We were sold "Baja Blue granite from Italy." When our fabricator cut into it, it was solid white inside. The granite had been dyed! No one at ARC told us this granite had been dyed. When confronted, the manager later said, "a lot of granite has been dyed." We are 2 days away from the scheduled installation and we now have to select another granite (NOT FROM ARC). We have already painted and purchased items to match our (knock off) granite. Buyer beware! ARC Ashland, VA

Beautiful showroom! Loved the arrangement of samples on the wall - going back to the warehouse to view slabs is an experience not to be missed. Gabe Kill was a great resource & his assistance was much appreciated.

We were greeted by a very nice young lady. After we signed in she showed us where we could look at the quartz. After we made decisions she gave us samples of the quartz. A very good experience!

I visited the location recently and was so impressed by the friendliness of the employees, but most importantly, the knowledge they displayed. Nicole answered every question without hesitation and made me feel as if she was actually helping a member of her family. She walked me through every step of the process in a relaxed, competent manner. This is a great place to shop for countertops! I loved every minute of the experience.

The business model is simply stuck in the past.

We wasted too much time dancing around pricing and how to make selections fit in our budget.

Pricing shouldn't be a mystery and competitors have figured this out.

This pricing model burned unnecessary time and would add trips/visits back for both parties. We would be forced to wait days for our fabricator/builder to get and turn around the pricing AND confirm inventory. If the pricing or inventory is not a fit, we have to go back.

It shouldn't be this hard to spend $50,0000.

With so many choices, picking a kitchen countertop can be daunting. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted. They even pulled and had the slabs I had requested waiting for me to see. When it wasn't exactly what I was looking for I was guided to other choices that would work well. I ended my trip there with a beautiful marble slab that will look stunning. Process from start to finish was easy (and fun!)
